Ok. So I need your help....

My parents just spent a month in Bangkok and Chang Mai in Thailand with some relatives, and my father took this picture and now he asked me to find out what kind of car it is.

 

I've drawn a blank. Completely.

 

I've taken into consideration that design-wise it looks sixties early seventies at most. It's in an asian country, but an asian country which was a french colony till the mid-sixties.

 

So now I lay it out there.

Personally i havnt a clue what car this is, you will be lucky if someone knows what this is, maybe some of the older people on the forum might know
