Transfering Files From HDD to 360

I've found this http://uk.gear.ign.com/articles/718/718315p1.html Which basically lets you access files on your 360, for example TDU Photos? I Know theres a folder in there somewhere as I deleted all mine for a frech start afew months back.. Anyway (and mainly at Diablo) is there a more easier/cheaper peice of hardware that does the same job? Also what I was going to say was that it says "Files can be transfered" therefore you can't take screen shots? Is there some sort of package that can allow you to do this?

that xsata doesnt look that bad on the 360, fits in to it quite easily, goes with the flow of it
