Suggestion: Thread Preview

We all know that when you hover over a thread title, a popup gives you a brief preview of the OP. Just saw another board take this to the next level by also previewing the last post.

Sorry (not sorry) about the lateness in response to this but imo showing the last post of a topic would take you out of the conversation as when you were last in it you had read up to a point, as is currently you can click to goto 'first unread Post' allowing you continue from where you left off. I don't really see the need for this but I do get the want for a better preview method.
