Haha, no not some sort of nitrous boost. When you press ' K ' in game, a screen with appear this is the chrono pack you have to stop your car first. Then press your right arrow, or what ever you have set right as. Then put the pedal to the metal with your car as in put your foot down and go as fast as you can then stop your car again and the chrono pack will tell you how long to took to do,

How much road you took in feet

You max speed at the end.

 

I only worked out what it was a few days ago clever and useful gadget in the game.

^^ What Max said ^^.....But what I dont get is that it says a car will do, lets say 0-60 in 3.1 seconds, but I tune it up fully, take it too a flat straight road, put my pedal to the metal and it goes about 1 second slower. Also, I had a race which was my Stage 3 murcialago against exactly the same car, and I just held the accelerator during the "3 2 1 GO" and the guy beat me off the line by 2 seconds. What am i doing wrong?!

Lol this chronopack is cool keeps you going hen your on the map looking for a location. Try using 2nd gear 1st works on some cars with short gearing.

No they don't there is no sort of nitrous in the game, but you can tune your car at tuning shops.
