how do you unlock the racetrack?

How do you unlock the racetrack? I want to go in it. I only know how to jump the wall. talks for anyone who tells me.

Are there any proper race facilities available?

Yes, once you've reached rank 'pro' you unlock 'ford island racetrack' which is more like a road than a track, then when you rank up to 'champion' you unlock 'oahu raceway' a fully fledged racetrack.

its a lil west of the Stadium. the bridge/road to get there is not far from the stadium.

if you look @ your map, a little further W-NW from where the Aston martin dealership is, you'll see a large orange looking circle on the map, if you zoom in, you'll notice it's the Stadium. from there the bridge to get to the Ford Island isnt far.
