TDU2 crashes and freezes with RTX3080

Hi,

Sorry if this question was probably asked previously, but I tried to install TDU2 on a new PC with a RTX3080 GPU, using following steps :

 

TDU vanilla steam

+ manual installation of official updates

+ remastered mod

+ replacement of d3d9.dll by dxvk.dll version

+ run of 4 GB patch on TDU2 loader and executable

 

The game is now superb, much better than in my memory, thanks to mods teams great work, but I get screen freezes (or sometimes crashes) requiring PC reboot after 10 minutes of play in average, so it is pretty unplayable as is. 

Would this by chance be a known issue with a known solution ?
