TDU2 World Launcher starting crash

hello, i really need help about this.

I open TDU World Launcher the Server Status: Online and NAT Type: Fully Open then i press (PLAY) its loading 5 seconds then the game crash and closed

i have no idea what i do wrong i reallly need help.
