old mod tool ...

I found this old mod tool... if anyone is interested. its for TDU... I use it for changing car colours but it has a .BNK file editor

and something to edit tracks ( I never used ) if its thumbs up' Yes  I'll upload back to Turbo duck where I got it from in 2012-2013

Oh you will notice there is a file for TDU radio station... I was creating a "PURE DIVA'S" radio station, I live in Rochdale... Nr Manchester and I happen to of gone to school with Radio DJ Liz Kershaw. I was in the process of asking her if she would do the Voice over. for this Game this site. but " she was to Busy " so I tried Lisa stansfield... singer/songwriter... she never got back to me. but she was always a stuck up MOO' at school. though I could try again age might have mellowed her and the opportunity to be noticed again might suffice... but I bet she would want cash payment but one can but try
