XP loading screen help

Heres the problem, When I boot XP i see the loading screen with the blue bar going across, when i only see it go across the screen twice it won't display anyhing after it and my TV will say no sgnal. But when the blue bar goes across once it loads up fine with no problems.

 

This happened for both XP pro 64-bit and XP home 32-bit, I ran tests on all the hardware and all was fineso does anybody know how to sort this out?

Can you plug it into a monitor/different tele? It sounds like XP has a problem with your tele.

It did the same when i was at my dads using his monitor and I tried with my mums monitor and the same thing happens, I also tried 3 different cables.. It runs perfectly when it loads up proporly
