Problem with mod tools....

Well I have downloaded the tools and some kind of problem has appeared...

The problem is that when I close the BNK Unpacker/Repacker it says that a problem has appeared but its not so annoying cuz I have already done my job with this tool...The real problem is with the File Convertor (TDU Modding Tools) witch I cant even open it....I have uploaded a screenshot to see what's going on...Any ideas guys?????

You need .net framework 2.0 i think for it to work
