Lantis, Bandai Visual's music label, has posted  the fourth 122-second promotional video for the Hana-Saku Iroha anime on its YouTube  channel and on the anime's official website. The anime is the 10th anniversary work of the animation studio P.A. Works (true tears, CANAAN, Angel Beats!) The project features original character designs by Mel Kishida (So-Ra-No-Wo-To) and an image song, "Yumeji," sung by nano.RIPE. The story centers  around Ohana Matsumae, a 16-year-old Tokyo native who ended up working at a onsen ryokan (hot spring inn). The new video is the first one with actual animated footage. The anime itself will premiere on television next spring.

The official website of the Fractale  anime is streaming a 30-second preview video and a 15-second television ad. The story is set on an island at the far reaches of a continent where the "Fractale System" is on the brink of collapse. A boy named Clain embarks on a journey to search for Phyrne — a girl who disappeared, leaving behind only a pendant. Clain will eventually learn the secrets of the "System."

Kannagi and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya's Yutaka Yamamoto (a.k.a. "Yamakan") is directing the Fractale television anime series at his studio Ordet. Also involved are otaku scholar Hiroki Azuma (as story developer) and series script supervisor Mari Okada (Kuroshitsuji, Toradora!). Mandelbrot Engine created the original story. The illustrator Hidari (Uso-tsuki Mii-kun to Kowareta Maa-chan light novel) is creating the original character designs. The series will premiere in Fuji TV's late-night Noitamina timeslot in Japan on January 13, 2011.
