And finally some concrete mention of Heists, I imagine we may get one before Christmas and who knows maybe we'll be disguising ourselves as Santa and his Elves to rob a mall or something. That's what needs to be looked at too, see how the game acts in how you win and acquire money to buy and upgrade your cars. If it seems like too little for the work you're doing then it's clearly a push towards in-game microtransactions, and like Ozz says there's many an idiot who accepts and keeps this going. And as has been said since the first horse armour release it's unfortunately only going to get even worse.

It's like companies these days forget they need to sell the game first to people, then you can sell the add-ons, not the other way round.

The SL63 has been seen for a while now so I can't understand why they are having that as DLC.

[headline]The Crew Season Pass Trailer[/headline] In the below trailer we get a look at the cars that will be coming to The Crew as part of the recently detailed Season Pass, and annoyingly many of the cars people will have been looking forward to that have been shown in media will only be available as DLC! :fp: Icons like the McLaren F1 or the much loved Mercedes C63 AMG will only be yours if you have the Season Pass or buy the containing Car Pack when it's released. This wouldn't be so bad if the game was out and we were seeing this media of what we can look forward to but to show it before we presume even know what the final car list is is just crazy. But then Ubisoft going to Ubisoft. :headbang:

You know how it goes, there's big hype around a new show, the Pilot is shown to a decent reception but during it's run it starts to falter and the network announces that they will not be renewing for another season despite the season finale leaving you on such a cliffhanger. Or you may get a few seasons out of it but they let it run too long and they just kill it off before answering the questions that remained. So what show(s) were you a fan of that was cancelled leaving you disappointed? One recent example I have is The Event. Don't know if anyone has seen that but I enjoyed it and the finale was just so unfair to leave us with. :( [spoil]The aliens transport their planet which is dying close to earth and then a plan to conquer the earth and make it their new home become apparent.[/spoil]

I have never watched Seinfeld and the same was true of Frasier as I never found them to be in my area of humour, yeah I know weird. I did catch up on Frasier through Channel 4's morning showings and probably watched a large number of the whole series and even though it certainly had its moments it was just something I left on to pass the time to my next coffee. :c: Still have never watched an episode of Seinfeld to this day.

It's about the immersion for people who criticise the lack of these things, many won't get to drive these cars and so seeing an accurate representation of what you would see when sitting behind the wheel just gives it that touch more class to the virtual experience. :D Don't forget what the power of recollection can do with people especially if they've heard Jeremy Clarkson getting giddy when the lights on the steering wheel of the Ferrari he's driving make him feel like an F1 driver. ;)

The out of car mirrors do show something and that's always been the case, it's the in cockpit view that doesn't have working mirrors.

Quite enjoying this myself, season 2 finishes next week here in the UK.

Apparently the harpoons did not fire but it has screwed itself into the comet and they are looking at a possible refire of them. The gravity on the comet is 1/10000th that of Earth so being well attached is required when you're travelling at more than 13km/s.
