As for The Crew, yes definitely check it out as the team behind it are formed from a large part of the original TDUteam and our recent playtest showed that it was certainly heading in a very promising direction. It's basically PGR in new clothes so no need for that kind of support really.

IGN got a nice exclusive yesterday with these two gameplay videos but unfortunately in typical IGN fashion they are compressed really badly and then throw on youtube compression and you get a less than glamorous look. Despite that though, what is clear is how great this game looks in the lighting department and we also get a nice impression of the sounds we can expect, some sound a bit off imo in that the collisions sound a bit more like plastic hitting together. One tiny thing I like is the way the clock in the Maserati seems to be working and that transition from night to day is surely one of the best examples seen in a game, and not every change will be the same as the clouds and such are dynamic in their generation I believe. Whether that means it's more a technical achievement rather than a game will remain to be seen. Yeah the season is hotting up and like you said it is very good to see the Fords starting to reach up the top of the pack again, all we need is for Menu and the other BMW's to pull more of their weight and the Championship will be far more open. :cool:

The story is good about 75% through the game then it's as if they remembered they have to find a way to finish it and it just goes a bit stupid. I'm glad I'm a gameplay over graphics kind of person too, as I've seen so many PC players going on about how if the visuals aren't sublime that it somehow means the game will be crap.

If it's black then chances are that's space mate. Blue is loss of transmission remember. :cheeky:
