Well I went and bought it, treated myself seeing as it's Christmas and Iced I asked the guy and he said "yeah we know mate, some of the adverts say the wrong date, the 5th and the 9th usually", however by Tuesday they will all say the correct date of the 23rd. So there we go!

I have heard a lot about the multiplayer as not being as fun as RSV which I still love and play and still regard as the best mutiplayer shooter experience on the Xbox 360 but I am interested in the SP campaign in this game cause that is what I have heard most good things about. £24.99 is good enough for me, might even buy it today in fact! Haha randy you're right, I never realised, that, I guess I saw it wrong or something as the site shows it at £24.99 and it's on a good few times so I'll have another gander when I can.

Thanks Baltoman, we luv you too buddy! In a straight guy love sort of way. lol (if you watch scrubs you'll know what I mean) They were the pics I started with and practised cleaning up, don't worry though the Raging Bulls are a coming! Also yeah I have a white box, my PC is for work only at the moment but we'll see what happens in the future.

With the way it's looking with drifting and street races I will wait and see what the game turns out like before I splash the cash for it.

TDU2 is underway, that can't be denied, Alone in the Dark 4 or 5 is running on an updated TDU engine, the domains tdu2.com and testdriveunlimited2.com are registered and Eden have been hiring for TDUteam since the middle of this year. I honestly think the game will be out September 2008 and follow this tradition of bi-annual releases, 2 years is a good amount of time for development, the only thing I feel that could slow them down is if they develop for both 360 and PS3 as well as the PC of course, though many developers are starting to understand the PS3's architecture now. Infogrames are intent on making TDU one of their main titles imo.

As I've said before it is the distribution that is the taxing part but also I believe that with Xbox 360 Marketplace content you cannot give the same content away for free that you have for premium elsewhere though apparently there is a timed limit on this though so who knows what will happen. Maybe for the PC's anniversary release they will release a car CD with all of the cars that the 360 has had or will have.

You could contact your regional Atari office and show your proof of purchase and they might replace your old copy, however don't say you lost it, just say it's damaged and the shop won't take it back. Bare in mind though proof is required and even then it's upto them to give you a replacement as goodwill. No promises though!

A tip for the first mission is fly under 500ft to take out the ships but watch out for missles, you get a real buzz flying the low and dodging a missle. When you going to be on?

That would be a cool thing to do, I would need to watch that again to remember how it goes though. On another note I have noticed more people playing this now, word seems to be getting out, I was playing the 2nd coop with a bunch of brits and they were like "wth is that thing!?" at the Aiganon (sp?) and I was like "heavn't you guys finished the SP yet?!" and one guy said "yeah I'm near the end, I'm on mission 7 now" and I laughed and said "There's 15 missions! Honestly I thought it was a short campaign but man I was wrong and you meet these guys at mission 9 and oh you'll love that!". Then there was silence. lol

That's typical of all forums unfortunately, people signup then if they entered the wrong email or just get taken away by something else they just leave it as is. The forum will automatically register them after 30 days though so even if their details are incorrect they will be activated in 30 days anyway.
