1. The hype is real, nice article Mells. I think I too will be leaning towards trade style gameplay, I do a whole lotta' hoarding in Fallout
2. Could it be an antivirus popup (or similar) interfering? Otherwise try vsync on / off and going to windowed mode then back to full-screen and see if that helps.
3. Well that's confusing. :hmmm:
4. My bad. For some reason I was under the impression they had ditched the AMG engines :hmmm:
5. They've developed their own now, have they not? I guess you could say Koeni is the underdog of the supercar world, if that's even such a thing when you're building multi-million pound cars :p
6. Ah that's cool dude. I'm just a little foggy in the brain these days. I can bring my fun transit out to play then :D
7. Could everyone stop taking poops on NMS? Thanks.
8. We are fire, we are stone!

10. "Max PI: Max of each vehicle" Does this mean stock or fully tuned? 'Cos I'm doing 3:20s right now...
11. Yeah there's no point in remaking a perfectly good model for every new game. And with 200+ cars to come I'm actually quite impressed. Normally the Horizon car lists are... small.
12. I'll (or one of us blues) will get the thread up tonight :) Hot hatches, final answer? :p
13. Autumn this year, so hopefully September-ish :)
14. For a 10 year old game I think it's held up pretty well! Amazing to think that there are still so few games with maps as big and as detailed. If we could incorporate TDU2's even bigger map and graphics with some tweaks (less cartoonish), and update the physics (steal AC's :p) it might be the perfect game.
15. Gamers Try To Catch Em All Like It's 1996 This week we've been launched back into the 1990s due to the release of a Pokémon game with a futuristic edge. While Pokémon Go maybe pulling us outside to 'catch em all', Forza Motorsport 6 and Assetto Corsa are sure to bring us back to our man-caves with some new DLCs, and if that's not enough Need For Speed (2015) is released on EA's Origin Access. Racing This week Turn 10 release their Select Pack and roll out the July update. Included in the Turn 10 Select Pack is a massive Mercedes-Benz race-truck, BMW Isetta 300 'Bubble Car', the classic Fiat 124 Spider, and several other choices that are sure to be more fitting on the Nurburgring! The latest update, V1.7, introduces improvements to the current V7 tyre model. With V7, tyre temperatures reacting more sensitively to initial tyre pressures, as well as improvements in the realigning force. Some Red Pack cars include the latest V10 tyre model, which while it feels very similar to the current tyre model, is actually a complete rewrite and one step closer to realism. Tyre model V10 will be rolling out to the rest of the car list in the coming months. Also included in the update are changes the the hybrid/KERS simulation, multiplayer improvements that reduce bandwidth, and tweaks to the AI algorithm to make AI more variable in performance. Do it. Other "I wish there was an IMDb for games..." Well now there is! What's it called? You guessed it, the Internet Games Database or IGDB. While IGDB has actually been around since 2012, this is the first the website has become an 'IMDb for games'. The IGDB team developed their review aggregating feature from scratch in a mere 10 days, and with a massive 19,000+ games in their database it's quickly becoming a treasured resource for gamers. Unfortunately for Bethesda, Fallout 4 has dropped from #15 last week, to #20.
16. Looking forward to this. Tom Hanks <3
17. Sitting on benches in a park, how aware do they need to be? And how do you know they aren't? Considering the money spent on parks it's good to see them used. --- Post Updated --- Millions of people play, don't assume because of ten idiots the entire user base is a bunch of morons. Crappy people play video games too, they even bully others, are you not going to play them so you're "not a part of it"?
18. Honouring The Italian Greats With Assetto Corsa's latest DLC, the Red Pack, comes seven iconic Italian sports cars and a new track to test them on! Along with the new DLC arrives the latest update, v1.7 with a number of small tweaks and big improvements as requested by the AC community. The Red Pack The new DLC is a tribute to the many wonderful, famous and infamous sports cars to come out of Italian factories bearing the badges of Ferrari, Maserati, and Lamborghini. With the Red Pack you also get a taste of the latest tyre model, version 10. While v10 feels very similar to the current tyre model, it is actually a complete rewrite and one step closer to realism. Tyre model V10 will be rolling out to the rest of the car list in the coming months. The seven iconic cars included in this pack are: Ferrari SF15-T, the first Ferrari GP car to debut in Assetto Corsa, and the second car made by Ferrari since the reintroduction of turbo-charged engines. Ferrari F138, a Formula One car designed by Scuderia for 2013's Formula One season. Named F138 to mark the year it was raced in and the final season that would use V8 engines. Ferrari 488 GT3, a racing version of the 458 Italia's replacement, the 488 GTB, which sports a 3.9 litre, twin turbo V8. Maserati 250F 6C, another Formula One racer that took part between January 1954 and November 1960, it had a 2.5 litre naturally asipirated straight six. Maserati 250F T2 12C, with a change in rules, in 1956 this 250F was able to run a V12 engine. Maserati GranTurismo MC GT4, this GT4 racecar features the standard 4.7 liter engine, however with the fitting of an air-scoop power is reduced from 488bhp to 430bhp however was fitted with a newly designed rear spoiler and modified diffuser to help take on its GT4 rivals. Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 SuperVeloce, with a weight loss of 50kg and power increased to 750bhp this Lamborghini is a little bit nuts. 0-100km/h takes just 2.8 seconds and it can reach a top speed of over 350km/h. An exciting selection that'll give you plenty of entertainment, no doubt. As well as seven new vehicles, you'll also get a new track to thrash them on, Austria's Red Bull Ring! The Red Bull Ring is, for the first time ever in PC racing, digitally recreated using laser scanning technology. This results in the most accurate reproduction and highest level detail possible. Download now on Steam for £6.99. Version 1.7 In the latest update comes a number of new features and improvements. As the community has requested, false starts have now been implemented, which can result in players facing penalties for jumping the gun. New physics improvements have been included also, such as tweaks to the current tyre model which makes tyres more sensitive and responsive to initial tyre pressures, as well as improvements to the realigning forces, and more. Assetto Corsa is now able to simulate brake temperatures, which is initially included in some Red Pack cars and will also be rolled out to the rest of the cars in coming months. The KERS/hybrid electric systems have also been tweaked for the F138 to behave more realistically. Other improvements include new artificial intelligence algorithms and improved overtaking maneuvers, which result in AI drivers displaying a more varied performance during single laps and sessions, and also a new experimental multiplayer code which reduces bandwidth usage and improves quality of online sessions. And finally my personal favourite change in the v1.7.3 changelog, "Fixed strut suspensions going full banana". Brilliant.
