I tried Forza samples from Countach, and I can barely feel the difrence between original TDU. I think now, that sounds for TDU were recorded, not just taken from hoover :-x I think some engines sounds wrong, because of TDU audio simplicity. It's especially easy to see with engines like SL65, Bentley Continental audio. -

Yeah, I've noticed that. Forza samples are not perfect though. Just hear the first 10 seconds of this: That's the real sound and I think, impossible to import to TDU. I think, that's very close to this, it'a mod by cimenTo: -

Hello! I'm suffering from very slow internet connection now, also the 'work in progress' movie is very short. I'm using there Forza 4 on/off throttle samples for Merc C63, but I have E 55 AMG too and will made it. I think about give some bass, burbles and backfires to samples in some time. btw. ofc I can add a dl link, if someone want to try it on! -

I've got a great news for You! I've already extracted sounds from GTR, Shift and ACR. Now I have Forza 4 sound samples! It means, now I can do sounds for all cars in TDU :woot::woot::woot: -

Hello! it's my update! Good news and bad news. I release the sound, which is very close to real V8. Bad news are more: I need to do this sound from zero, because I forgot about my volume settings in this sound. Too bad, this sound never could be louder, because it ruins the quality and growl of V8. It looks quite good, but I have another question. In TDU, we can adjust seat position, but often with modded cars, when I change camset and seat position, the steering wheel is in weird position. It would be difficult to release for e.g. this model with wheel higher and lower? :)

Thanks for comments. Jag sound would be released in next week. More about new sounds. The V10, I think we have already great stock Viper sound, very good mods for Gallardo and LF-A, so I won't start any V10. All of Japanese cars like Supra/Skyline/Impreza/350Z have brillant sound mods (there are quite old, but it doesn't matter) and I can't make them better. Golf R32 is a good option, I think that would be no problem to find a good sound on Youtube. -

t0m3k911's Sound Mod Projects & Progress (Corvette C6) Hello! I'm doing little steps forward with sound modding. I changed my modding tool from Audacity to Sound Forge, although doesn't make modding easier, the samples have good quality, which wasn't so obvious back then when I created with Audacity. I want to release improvings all of my existing sound mods. It will be: - Jaguar XKR sound based on low sample, nice and warm - E36 M3 - Focus RS - Dodge Challenger HEMI - Corvette Z-06 In future I want to made a several sound from Shift 2. -

I have a difficult exam this week and tried to not surf on the net for a month, but after 5 days I gave up, lol :P I decided to made several tries, every time cutting a bit of the sample. It gives good effects, overall is better than old version with longer samples, but this method is very weird. Off samples (when throttle is off) are new, write, tell me, which fit the car better. Thx, I didn't tried that one, I will try. I'm using now new samples for off-rpms, but for now it doesn't make a big change, when sound is distorted. I can give my word, that I won't left it like that. -

It's very strange. I have no idea, what should I do with it and too bad I have too deal with it on every sound. When I export file to right format, sample gets a pause on the end. I thought it's bec of Audacity, but in Sound Forge it looks the same. Without knowledge, what to do, I can't make any progress. On top sample before edit, down after. -

You cant modify redline in sound. You can change it only manual in Modding Tools.
