Not sure if you're the person to ask but do you think if I left my laptop battery on all the time is would ruin the battery or overheat the computer or something?

What you need to do is upload the photo to the internet, copy the link in the address bar, post it into a post then wrap image tags around it like [IMG] Make sure that your picture is less than 350kb in size.

Oh, i thought it was worldwide but in Australia and maybe other places if you hold the iphone 4 in a certain way the call reception bar goes way down and you can't call.
