It's about 4-5 years old. So yes, is is pretty old. But it's strange because the 4 month old Nano has some of the same problems. They're both getting really unreliable. And tbh, I can't afford another iPod, unless it's a shuffle or the newest Nano. @Killalldude: I've never dropped it once. But it still is pretty old, I guess.

My iPod has been messing around with me, ever since I got it. I've compiled a list of what angers me. It's screen has dead pixels It makes high pitched whining sounds It never syncs Causes iTunes to crash Windows tries to fix some files but it can't Resetting doesn't do anything I can't restore it It lags a lot And it can't play anything unless the clicker sound is on Does anyone have an idea of what might be happening? Oh and I haven't bothered to contact Apple or go to their "fancy" glass box stores. Edit: Most of the problems I'm having that are listed here also happened with my new Nano. My dad had the Classic that I own right now and we swapped for some reason. Now, his Nano shuts off when he turns it sideways (it can't sync as well) and I'm having all of these problems.

That has always confused me! His flag says England, his icon is an English soccer team (football :rolleyes:) and his location sounds like it's in England as well. According to the people at TDU2online, he's from Oklahoma. According to me, he is either American but wants to be English or is English and wants to be American. :p
