    So, I figured out the hierarchy system. Everyone in the group's been bumped up to Representative rank, a few are going up to Lieutenant, and admins get the Commissioner rank once they join.

      Know what sounds really good right about now, Turn 10? GTAV, GT6, Driveclub, The Crew, pCARS, and other things that don't treat me like a money-giving machine that happens to enjoy racing. :cheeese:

      @Mb I normally play without AA (potato graphics card) and I've never seen it that bad. Maybe try and compress it in Photoshop before uploading, so Imgur doesn't have a field day with it? Might be worth putting the image on Flickr too, because I've heard its compression isn't as bad. I don't have pCARS though so I'm not sure how that plays on lower settings. :hmmm:

      I noticed it, but think of the gameplay implications this could have! Now getting away from the cops after a heist doesn't have to be an affair of driving a long distance in a car. Now you just need to ask a friend to wait for you in the nearest runway/desert/freeway and you'll be long gone from the cops in no time. Also you can do parachuting and so on.

      Waste of money? How could goat dating be a waste?! :panic: On another note, someone saw this in the mp trailer. Someone should buy one. Or everyone actually. We can have a gigantic airplane kamikaze army capable of any heist, and/or a bunch of flying clubhouses. :lol:

      This might actually be a perfect opportunity for you to learn GIMP. It's a very powerful image editing software and it's completely free to use. To start with, why not take a picture of a car you like in a driving game's camera function? From there it's just a matter of changing the image however you like with the program. It may seem daunting at first but once you get used to the UI it shouldn't be a problem.

      You need to link to the .jpg itself. If you have the correct link for the file it'll end in .jpg, instead of a normal website. If I use {img}http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2010/227/4/e/Gangsta_Bugs_Bunny_by_Fellykins.png{/img} , it will work fine. Otherwise it will not. On another note, unless that's your work, you probably shouldn't use it. That piece is copywrited according to the page, it's a bit of an ethical bad move to use it as your own and I'm not sure if you're allowed to in the rules.

      I think it may be too tall. Maximum vertical height of a signature is 130px here.

      I wonder how insured vehicles work. I assume you buy the vehicle, pay an extortionate amount of money to the insurance company, and get another when it gets exploded or stolen? Insurance companies probably aren't much of a safe investment then. :mhmm:

      Exactly my point, I don't want my tennis ball shot out of the sky by someone doing a 1337 quickscop3z vid for YouTube when everyone could have just as much fun killing NPCs together or robbing a bank or jumping out of an airplane. :cheeky:

      Wonderful! I hate how every free roam in IV just turns into "someone's got the heli and it's on short spawn distance so everyone dies", hopefully between this and all the activities people can have more constructive fun. :D
