    Yes im kinda sure it does. I think i used a mclaren bnk which allowed me to push it. I had to reinstall my game so i dont have my old mods in at the moment.

    When you edit the texures with (idk your program) . You should be saving in a DXT5 Format with generate mip maps[ON] edit ,, try saving with paint.net :: great program
