    you can say you are happy that you made tdumt2 for modders only but a higher percentage of players would like to see a modelling tools for normal users to, in my opinion because it is easy to use and had almost everything needed for modifying car specifications. I would love to see a tdumt2 for average users. But after all youre one of the few guys who could make that happen so than there probably will be no such thing.

    I had this problem at first to, but thats a long time ago so im not sure how i fixed it. I don't know how it is on ur pc but on mine harddrive C is the main harddrive so it must be there in my case. Than it would be somethin like C:\this computer\program files\atari\testdriveunlimited. Yeah you just have to select the main tdu folder with everything in it also the launcher and stuff. Mine is a little bit weird because ive unpacked it so its not seen as an installed programm

    What i'd like to see is a programm like Djey's TDU modding tools but than for tdu2. You could change the heights and all kinds of other things. And installing of mods was way more easy. That would be awsome!

    still not there, i got the unpacked version but i think that isn't the problem. so maybe any more suggestions? anyone? --- Post Updated --- Nevermind got it!. As he said it wasn't in the list when you click it on the map so i didn't notice it and i thought it would be in the dealer where the other mustangs where but i got it. Thanks!

    Still not there for me, i got every other car except for that one. Not in both UCD, not in Both U.S car dealerships.

    Thanks, i know tdu2 sucks but i think it is only the handling of the cars, like the gear shifting and unrealistic steering and such, tdu1 is just much more fun to play. And btw thanks for the bnk unpacking program this gives me the opportunity to mess around with sound files and such its a lot of fun.

    Thanks for your help. now i understand because when i tried to put samples from tdu1 into a tdu2 sound it did work, so i didn't understand why it didn't work reverse wise. So it's great to see that someone with such great sound modding talent helping me out. 1 question to you, why do you say whenever anyone asks if you want to upload the unreleased sounds for tdu2 you say that you rather see this game dead. Is it because of all the lalalalalala handling and such compared to tdu1 or what is the reason? cuz i would really like to have some of your unreleased sounds.

    I have a question because i have tried getting samples out of a tdu2 sound and tried to put them in a tdu1 sound. Whenever i repack it, it's all fine until i start the game and fire up the engine there isn't a sound. Maybe it is because of the size because a tdu2 sound file is way bigger than a tdu1 sound file. Can someone please explaine or help me?:confused:

    yeah that's what irritates me the most the shifting. In TDU you had the smoothe shifting and in TDU2 the speedo just goes from, say 5000rpm to 2000rpm that sucks really bad. Atari lalalalaed up now i realise this.

    yeah as i said i just tried something and i came to the viper sound cuz in fast and the furious 1 the supra sometimes sounds a little like that. But i kind of want to start with modding soundwise and this is just fooling around with samples and stuff

    I tried mixing some few realy nice and high quality samples together and made an Bnk sound file. This sound contains files that are a mixup of existing files from the game etc. This is my first mod. Here is the link: Viper_SR_audio.bnk No video. Because I am just trying stuff.     it is fake cuz at a certain point the sound downshifts but the guy playing the game doesn't it just stays in the gear he was in. And why would you play music in a video where it is al about the sound of the car. Just to make it unclear if it is real or not

    you mean the sound mod? If thats it i think it is still included in reventons aventador mod.

    thaks a lot great job! --- Post Updated --- well it doesn't work for me i did change the DEP settings it starts up and al. When i press a button it lights up in the programm but nothing happens in tdu. I am running windows XP so maybe thats the problem

    ooh that sucks, i know it is also possible with Zmodeler but as i said i am not verry high skilled so i dont know how to use it. Than maybe just wait till someone comes up with anothe solution
