Modifying physics wold trigger the anti-cheat system, isn it?
-
DLC is still in the official TDU2 webpage, but mi browser just told me that the site is not safe anymore. Now a 1 week long server downtime? damn :/ They really don't care about the game, isn it? Just let it die Atari, and leave it in community's hands

Tools, trainers and other dishonest software are forbidden here. They make a wonderful job adding cars for a lot of classes, that Toyota Supra is ok where it is, A4 is not a class we could call "balanced" and the Supra somehow fixes this.
-
Just realized that the Kawasaki Ninja HUD is a bit, erm... off
-
About Ram and Cherokee, it's not a bug, is the default position of the camera and yes, it's annoying, but i think they can't modify that. Just noticed that the UCD exploit is gone. Well, it's fair since the prize earned in Cup Races has been modified, but it was my main income source anyway xD Oh, and thanks for the Kawasaki. A bike, finally! Let's be honest here, if i have to choose between just new cars or new brands, i'll always choose the later. Koenisegg, McLaren and Mercedes are brands that are already in TDU2. I'd take Toyota, BAC and Kawasaki over any new cars from any brand that has been in the game from the original vanilla build. That said, any chances on getting Tesla, BMW or Volkswagen? Having a Daihatsu for some slow cruising would be a detail too :3
-
Got it! The BAC Mono is a Bliss to drive... and it can flip trucks :D I'll left a few shots here, i'm a bit busy so i can't test it as much as i want, i'll do it tonight. Good work in any case. I'll buy that Toyota Supra later <3

No Tesla Roadster? ó_ò

TBH i, on the other side, am starting to get a little impatient :$ I'm containing the urge playing Gran Turismo 4, but that game lacks the Open World component, ironically GT4 is also getting me used to grinding for money, wich is mandatory in TDU2.
-
I noticed 3 different reactions from Unnoficial patch-less people "Dude, you have a bug" "Did you modded your game? What are you driving?" "You're a cheating scum! You should be banned!" Everytime i answer to that telling them about Unnoficial Patch and a few days later i find'em driving some UP car. It's magic! I do my part posting screenshots and talking about UP in my tumblr, luckily someone would have already seen those posts and downloaded it :3

Its a shame but well, life continues and no one must let a fan project have any influence in his own live. But being a bit selfish now, i hope this doesn't affect the project in any way, in all honesty i can only dream about how it will be when it reaches v.1.0, new tracks? new dealers? new championships? There's some GT4 tracks that i'd die to drive by in TDU2, but i don't know if it's possible to import full circuits to the game (importing cars must be hard already) Anyway, the game has already grown MORE that Atari let Eden raise it, we have more new free cars that we were ever given to and a lot of bugfixes, but i really, REALLY want to let reach 1.0. The Unnoficial Patch musn't die unfinished
-
About the end of Febreaury? My body is ready for this! :D I've been distracted with Grid 2 for a couple of weeks, but it will be a plesaure to return to the quiet and slow paced driving of TDU2, i love getting relaxed with this game :3 As i'm slow earning money, each Unlimited Patch update makes the game really Unlimited

Let's get back TDU 1 Server's!
Hermano_Nintendo replied to Stifler123's topic in Driving & Racing Games
Well, Metal Gear Online, Resident Evil Outbreak and (i think) SOCOM has been brought back online in PS2 by fans, anything is possible. -
Ohmaigah! There will be bikes too!?
-
Okay, is finally possible, in fact TDU2 is the perfect game to do this due to the fact that the Radio can be disconnected. First, you need to do this method for bringing the Steam Overlay ingame Second, you need to join the Steam Music group. By doing this you're applying for being in the Steam Music Beta, once you're in (you'll recieve a mail sooner or later and also you must be using the Beta client) the party can start. Now the tricky part. Once you have the Overlay script working (it may need a little tweaking) and you're in the Steam Music Beta you may have realised three things: 1.- Steam Music only works from Big Picture Mode 2.- The Script brings the normal Steam Overlay 3.- Classic Steam Overlay can not be switched to Big Picture on the fly To solve this, the Script must be added to the Steam Library, so we add a random .exe file (like, for example, the Universal Launcher), make a right click over the link, go to Properties -> Change and, by choosing a new archive, we change from exe files (*.exe) to All File and choose the script contained in the .bat file Now all that's left it's entering in Big Picture mode, launching the script, opening our music library from the overlay and playing our favourite discs. For me is Queen, MJ and Jon von Jobi aaaaall the way (Scissors Sisters too :3 )

Yep, it was a false alarm, and a looooooong one too, authentification servers are also back wich means that all non-purchased DLC (in my case, the bikes and Corvette ZR1) have been transformed to those beautiful Miami's Mustang. At least i got some of my money back xD Game is back in Steam but not in the european Atari marketplaces. But i sincerely hope that Atari frees the DLC cars some day, maybe before definitely killing it, but being Steam a plattform that basically trascends time, that day feels too far in time. I want to pay Eden's efforts, not Atari lazyness EDIT: The game's running pretty good actually, i was surprised to see how fast it connected me to more thatn 5 players in Oahu.

A delayed patch will be released eventually, a bad patch will be bad forever 8)

[PC] servers online, but it dont let me enter the game
Hermano_Nintendo replied to vit-jan0's topic in Driving & Racing Games
Actually, this is more fun that it should actually be. The game is back to Steam, there are people that even bought it and can't start the game, worried of losing their savegame. Is hilarious. -
Dat Most Wanted 2012 reference xD
-
lol i still haven't purchased all UP3.0 new cars and there are even more coming. I'm going to grind till the end of times xD

TDU2 Unofficial Patch Dlc Hack Detected?!
Hermano_Nintendo replied to È O Edgar Esteves's topic in Tools / Others Mod
Yes, i think so. Tbh is the first time i see that error, but as i say i haven't received any DLC hack warning EDIT: Also, if i recall correctly, if you got a hack warning you didn't get banned, instead all your DLC cars got transformed in Miami's Mustangs and either you can keep playing or not (i got that warning after installing the Unnoficial Patch and using an old build of Universal Launcher, the game didn't allow me to start my savefile, but always with the "DLC hack detected" message on screen) It's been almost a month since all DLC became free ingame, it's been also the same time since the game was made unpurchasable from Steam and dissapeared from European Atari online store. I think both are related. EDIT: Well, in a fun turn of events the game is avaiable again in Steam. It may have something to do with it. -
TDU2 Unofficial Patch Dlc Hack Detected?!

I got network error too this morning, but didn't get any DLC warning earlier. Try entering in offline mode from Universal Launcher -
So, if i'm lucky enough, i'll be able to update mi CPU from an Athlon X2 2.5 Ghz to a FX-3600 X6 3.5 Ghz Also i have an HD5570 and 4GB DDR2 (i'm going to upgrade to DDR3 with the CPU) but the CPU seems to be the worst offender, in fact i'm attaching a photo of the results i get while monitoring my gameplay sessions I know that my HD5570 doesn't allow for too much bells and whistles, but the CPU seems to take a very heavy hit with this game, will the experience improve significantly? (I'm not upgrading my CPU only for TDU2, of course)
-
Long story short, the Steam Client is my gaming hub, i have added every single game - or gaming software such as emulators - to it and i'm surprise how the Steam Overlay works with anything... except with TDU2, of course. Is a bit annoying, i love to take screenshots and Steam is my favourite software to do so; sure, i use MSI afterburner but mostly for the sake of monitoring my GPU, i don't like to having to go to a folder and diving inside it only to upload a few pictures to tumblr, not to mention that is easier to access the screenshots directory of a game from the Steam Client And also there's the access to Steam Comunity in game of course, including online chat. Sooooooo... ideas? EDIT: Nevermind, found a solution and IT WORKS!!

Well, we don't want another rushed mess, i was lucky enough to not suffer any issue during the official updates, but i remember the official forums being flooded with complaints. As i said before, let them take their times, Every Unnoficial Patch update is superb, i want them to keep delivering like they are doing now.
-
Well, you're right about that, but i still had fun with them (not nowadays since i'm redoing those races only for the sake of grinding) The problem is the prize, 20.000 max is too low, at least you should earn money relative to the lenght or effort required for win (20.000 for racing around the entire island of Oahu is RIDICULOUS) Well, at least i can redo those races with the Unnoficial Patch cars, that makes some difference :) (the Chrisler is really fun to drive) If there were some way to redo the cups ENTIRELY and winning the whole prizes, it would be easier (the exe swap trick didn't work, it only allowed me to replay the gold bomb missions)
