    JPTH got a reaction from Jonez in JPTH Tuner Shops "names update" v 0.2
    We need tune all cars/motocycles in the game, unfortunately each tuner shop has 8 slots which isn't enough, so i created 7 names based on location and name shop to be possible to tune all vehicules in the game.

    Tuner shops names:

    Hawai'i Kai Tuner Shop (european especialist);
    Hahaione Tuner Shop (forza tuner);
    Palolo Tuner Shop (U.S Muscle);
    McCully Tuner Shop (Today's american parts);
    Aliamanu BETuner Shop (british especialist);
    Aliamanu JI Tuner Shop (japan import);
    Kaiona Beach BETuner Shop (british especialist);

    Link: TDU Tuner Shops "names update" v.02

    In the future i will release original/mods vehicules updates that need this update.

    I have to update the new names in the other database and update the names because they are too long and looks bad when we entered on tuner shop.

    You're right, I did not think about adding values to tdupe's carData.

    Thanks for reply, I'll update next TDUCP release (and carData!) with your values ;)

    ---
    Edit:

    Will update car physics resources with missing engine types:
    * 633709|5 Cylinder Inline
    * 643709|V4

    But these ones were already provided in database:
    * 543709|6 Cylinder Inline (at same REF)
    * 653709|W16 (at REF=594709). Would create duplicate item, so I did not add it to TDUCP... using REF=594709 instead would be better.

This litle updates will make diference when i release the car slots. Thank you!

    New 'release' after years, finally!

    1.16.3 is basically like previous one, but with fixes and integrated support for new cameras:
    So you won't have to download and replace 3 files to get it properly working.

    Also:
    - extended cameras.bin file available, feel free to use it in your game install
    - all genuine slots visible in Vehicle Manager
    - removes max. speed limitations

    Have fun! (download link @OP)

    S o m e n e w s !

    TDUCP 2R3 is in progress still, just being slowed down by recent events in my life.
    Also, I will be honnest, telling you Forza Horizon 3 grasps the few amount of time which might remain :drool:

    Anyway.
    I'm planning to release this in the next days, with single (but long awaited) feature that are ultimate cameras.bin with unique sets for each slot (of course including 400+ new slots brought by TDUCP).
    Meaning 0-conflict-risk with camera use !

    And later?
    Well, I'm happy since Milli's patch will be there soon, with huge amount of features! TDU modding is still UP and that's everything counting as always. That will make you guys busy for a while, I guess.

    Sooo, the bad news: TDUCP2 will not be compatible with Milli's patch. Ever. It will be time-demanding too much, involving a whole new step of testing before release - the way TDUCP is designed will break Milli's patch features probably. So don't expect a new release of 'MILLI'S PATCH FOR TDUCP' - I've removed alpha links btw.

    The good news: potentially redesigning TDUCP to be more modular is in my thoughts.
    This way, it would be technically possible to install only features you'd need, in a non-harmful manner, for existing game databases (including already patched ones).
    Unfortunately, I could not tell you when this next-to-TDUCP2 thing would be ready ... nor if it would deserve to be called TDUCP3...

    See you soon!

    So, what's new?

    - DatabaseEditor: allows to import TDUMT's .pch files.

    - CameraTool: copy-all-sets instruction has been removed in previous version ... copy-sets instruction was added instead.
    - CameraTool: copy-set instruction won't overwrite existing camera for safety reasons.

    - Library: uses newest tdumt-cli library
    - Library: enhances features of common dialogs.

    Fixed issues

    - DatabaseEditor: fixes an error when editing resource reference
    - DatabaseEditor: fixes an error when exporting partial data to TDUF patch (when lack of REF support)
    - DatabaseEditor: misc fixes and performance enhancements.

    I'm still alive guys :)
    Thanks to Djey's PM, I found out my editor didn't work with his newer TDUF versions anymore, so my editor no longer depends on TDUF and instead only uses a standalone decrypter/encrypter for reading and saving .btrq files. It's now not such a hassle to set my editor up with TDUF anymore! The new version can be found here.

    JPTH reacted to CLR-GTR in D.R.I.V.E. has been Kickstarted! And we need you!
    Yes, a new racing game needs some Kickstarting. It's called D.R.I.V.E., and I'm in the development team.

    A bit of history: our group was formed by a handful of people (including me) who were part of the TDU2 community. Each of us participated in the beta, each of us gave a lot of feedback, and each of us was disappointed with how little made it to the final game. So disappointed, that we decided to take on the challenge of making a racing game ourselves. And that's how we formed Input Games. Input, because the community will be very important in deciding what will be our next move with the game and its content.

    So what exactly is this game about? Well, you get to drive! In a lot of ways. Racing, delivery missions, pursuit missions, silly missions, alone, together with friends... it's very diverse. So is the list of available vehicles, from a 1.4 straight-4 hatchback to purpose-built race cars to classic icons, from trucks to convertible cruisers and from city buses to off-roaders. Order vehicles the way you want them to be: from yellow or black to radio or satnav, from 15-inch steels and plastic all over to 20-inch forged alloys and carbon fiber details. When you're done and the car is ready for delivery you can park it on, inside or under your property and admire it from there, or you can immediately head to the proving grounds facility and push it to its limits, or take nice pictures along the coast. Just keep it in one piece...

    The game will be set on a European island that might not always work with you in getting from A to B. Be sure to check if your route isn't flooded or blocked by a traffic accident, and be careful with routes taking you through tight residential neighbourhoods or cross-country. There will be all sorts of roads from highways to dirt trails, and not all of them are as smooth or well maintained as the others are. And expect the same diversity in the landscapes with dense forests, a snowy summit, farm lands and beaches.

    D.R.I.V.E. is a multiplayer game, but it won't force you to be with people you don't like. If you are trying to join the session a friend is in, you get priority over the other people instead of being thrown into random sessions. Organize road trips and car gatherings where you decide which brands and cars can participate. Complete challenges, with eachother or against eachother.

    So, why are we reaching out through Kickstarter? A few things:
    - People. We need them. We are a small team and at the current rate, we will not be able to get this game done before Diablo decides to no longer censor this four letter word which F1 is currently looking at. We need more modelers and coders to get the rest of our game to take shape. We've tried a lot in the past few years but without success. Going on Kickstarter shows we're serious about this and reaches an even larger audience.
    - Money. Ofcourse it's about money. Development resources both physical as digital cost money which we can't pay by ourselves. The engine, the equipment... it's not free unfortunately.
    - Exposure. Actually something that hopefully takes care of the two points above. We're on Kickstarter because we're serious about making this game and listen to the input from our future players.

    Are there rewards? Ofcourse there are! You can pledge from $5 onwards, with more rewards for higher donations. These include having your own designed vehicles, brands or buildings put into D.R.I.V.E., or even a trip to the Nurburgring together with us!

    Backing can be done through Kickstarter here: D.R.I.V.E. on Kickstarter
    You can view our homepage here: Input Games
    If you want to get in touch with us you can contact us through Kickstarter, Facebook or ofcourse by contacting me here.
