Does this mod work without editing the exe with hex? would like a challange as after upgrading most cars you blow the ai away. -

I really hope that Solar Crown pushes people back to this as I'm coming from solar crown, this is the true TDU experience : D don't forget to read the known issues! this is better than the base game both online and off but you may experience hard crashes. -

noice, i typically turn off my gps while free roaming but during races this should give a new feel : D EDIT> tips to edit the cpr files? oddly i was attempting to make a mod myself for low end laptops today
