  1. theres something you can use called privoxy, which works on chrome, however it does screw up browsing at times (did to me atleast) as for some reason when using multiple tabs it would change the domain to the first tab (in my case facebook) so i woulld give me: forum.facebook.com/showthread.php?=xxxxxxxxxxxxx which is irritating

  4. these are always a laugh, mine is a k750i which has a 2meg camera... it just doesnt work had it nearly 2 years though, and it only cost £50 then. i dont mind thogh, it calls, it texts and it's with a cheap provider... sorted
  5. Don't forget to bring a towel!

    1. i'd keep looking cheap too, otherwise you could crash and wreck the car, or crash and wreck yourself, you just have to ask baldred the joys of having a fast car for that (rolled on the motorway in his first car, a 24v Clio, rear ended a bus in his second, a ford focus ST) i'm looking at a car but insurance companies seem to think the only thing an 18 year old wont kill himself in is a 600cc Shitroen 2cv, even a mid 90's skoda felicia is 2.5k

    3. not a bad car, congrats for getting a manual, so much more precision (none of that wafty automatic bullcrap that all american cars seem to be fitted with)
    4. i have been using the RC, i may buy it, it'll be nice to have a legit OS for once, it's deffo worth buying, it's a great OS, i'm just skint xD will probably buy the OS once i buy a mac, so i can have it dual booted on that currently the OS has been EXTREMELY stable, with next to no crashes or compatibility errors (at least none more than were present in vista)
    5. key is gone guys, kyevo PMed and pressurized posted so i PMed them both and the first to check their inbox got to keep the code :D
    6. Guys, i have an extra key to the beta for anyone interested. nb I'm extremely favouritist so someone I like is more likely to get it than someone I don't :P
    7. i can't post here as i'm now under NDA but the buzz from the forum is that in it's current state, it's a little bit crap i'm still waiting for the client to download though
    8. It's just not called sim city, or made by maxis... The game, called Cities XL, is set to release this September, and it's really well worth a look, and it definitely shows how much has changed since EA's last proper sim city, 6 years ago. the game utilises so many new technologies compared to the game pre-dating it, you're no longer constricted to horrible grids, and you now have a street view, just for tasters. it's worth checking out over at http://www.citiesXL.com and it's also worth mentioning that the closed beta has begun, and codes are being given out all over the web (the best probably being a german site that will let you have a key upon registration) search around for the client...
    9. alfasud should be fun, but be prepared to spend most of your time underneath it with a spanner...
    10. the ZO6 wasn't dead, and they're both now repaired. and teh genesis has a forum cause it's actually quite good :P
    11. happy birthday oh mighty driver of karts (which still aren't as good as motorbikes...)
    12. bar the back it's hot, indeed the front is quite XF-ish however, it looks like the grill is more vertical and protruding (like the arnage) and the shape of teh headlights look new too. the rear isn't jaguar though, not at all, and it's all due to those lights, if you try to picture them off the design and focus on the contours you can see a very nice shape, the lights aren't even that bad if you ignore the weird wrap around part, i'd have it if it didnt have that stupid bit at the top of the lights...
    13. Tried to +rep you both as they're epic, however i need to spread before you get rep saf
    14. FMR - open your own bank account then? it's not hard, I opened mine -without any parental intrusion- when i was 16 it's simple though, if you don't put money in don't expect anything back, it's like buying a crate of booze, if you dont chip any in you dont have any fun back, and you'll be left out (and given the reputation of a cheapskate, scrounging arse :p)
    15. i reckon instead of a G25 you could try getting the bottom end of market fanatec xbox wheel, just because it works on all platforms (Ps3, aswell as xbox, and ofcourse PC) as not everyone here plays PC, and it works with forza (which i'm sure 99% of us are looking forward to) very cool idea though diab oh yeah, a bit off topic, but maybe we could have a bar in our profile for lifetime support? (I.e. how much you've donated to T-DUCk
    16. loved the printer one, nice find balto!
    17. whole thing but did smirk and nearly crack at 2:36
    18. i have loads of jokes, but i wont post them. this thread is to mourn a great musician (which i will) but the jokes are there to mock the somewhat shady person that was off the stage, i think it's fair. although on TV there were people crying (urgh?) and one had the nerve to say 'people will remember this day forever as the day music died' come on, he hasnt even written anything good in over 15 years
