Well I hope that a new car is coming from merceded to fill its place, I think a new supercar froma big company is always a good thing, as it will probably have better speed, better technology, and maybe the sales of this one will be better

Yes thats right, First the Gallardo Superleggera, now the slr has been axed. It sold half of what they wanted it too, and it was very over priced. The new Merc SL65 AMG Black series, with a fixed roof is coming along shortly, Which is alot cheaper than the SLR and is also Faster than the normal SL65 Amg. There is also some rumours that this may be leading up to the Mclaren "p11" Supercar, Which might appear somewhere in 2010. The coupe has already stopped being produced, the roadster early 2009, and the 722 is going also RIP
