    Considering the problems they have had with the 360 I thought they may have took some more time to produce the next gen as PS reckons the PS3 is a ten year console which gives them even more time.

"If you take the question of whether it was the right thing to try to be first [with Xbox 360], the answer to that is definitely yes" Bach told VentureBeat, "it has given us a leg up with game developers. It has given us a leg up from an economics perspective. It helped us expand Xbox Live quickly. At a strategy level, if you asked if we wanted to be first again, I would say yes." Plain and simple. Then again, trying to beat the PS4 to market won't be all that hard for Microsoft seeing that Sony has publicly announced their plans to make it a ten year console. Right? Looks like we're finally getting some real evidence that Microsoft really does have some sort of response to Nintendo's Miis on the way. It's been rumored for some time now and the above shot of the linked flash page seems to portend the end of the rumors. Giving the rumor more credibility is that the information contained in the image, supposedly taken from an online survey, conforms to details recently given to Joystiq by a trusted source. These "Xbox Avatars" certainly look to do everything that Miis do and more. Taking into account that Microsoft doesn't seem too troubled by the rest of the year, this, along with the rumored "Newton" controller, could possibly be what they're betting the farm on. Hmm ...     Not high up on the spots list but I saw the new Fiesta (the new one that aint released yet) today on the Road it was on German plates and left hand drive being drivin by a Ford employee in a suit. Also saw a Shelby 'Stang Tuned by Roush.

    Well, funnily enough Clarksons car years was on Dave the other day and he was trying to define this aswell. He said the fist real supercar was the Lambo Muira as the GT40 and Ferrari equivilant at the time were designed for racing and not the public were as the Muira was. The trouble with Supercars in this day and age there are so many different cars trying to tag onto this labal, some are more than supercars others are not but still get the tag. TBH its like the RX 8 its a coupe but to be a coupe there has to be a saloon version so its not, alot of cars do this. So defining a genre cars fall into is the same as defining a genre that music goes into, you can do a rough overview but when you start looking at it in depth it gets a bit complicated.

    It is good not having a box coz you gte to do other things you keep meaning to do, but then the nights when theres nothing on tv and nothing to do/go thats when you miss it.

    Ah k, well I better register mine then tomorrow I'll ask for them to come and collect so they should turn up by the end of the week. I can't have them collecting on Mondays as no one is here.
