    It doesn't specify aftermarket though. Modified from original first registration spec. So that could also include changing the paint and adding a tow hitch or even different wheels. It all just depends where and how they draw the line. Otherwise the AMG (et al) guys will be screwed because they take an original car and modify the engine, exhaust, suspension, brakes, body etc.

    Pre-ordered the LCE last night. There's other benefits to having the VIP status... all the ingame bonus gifts that get sent out. I've got nearly all the Unicorns because of it.     Not done yet, but will be getting the LCE from gamestation so I get the 458 as well. Some nice cars in the VIP pack-so glad there's not muscle cars this time ;)

    link works now... don't know it didn't before. oh well. This will be an incredibly tough law to enforce. There might be some EU states that adopt it, but I reckon the UK government will see sense.They'd have to force so many companies out of business. As the economy stands it would be political suicide if the 'coalition' let it pass.

    Not really. I don't like it when someone takes a product and slaps their own brand logo on it then has the gall to claim ownership. And just because they added some leather and different paint... :)
