    Both of my copies were left in the back of a van. But the postie came back out to deliver them for me! So they're not all bad. He said all he'd delivered was a van full of GTA today and nothing else. :lol:

    Patriot XT and not the piddly little ones. I've used it for over a year running VMs and SQL databases from it with no issues. Just did a test on it too and it managed 34MBps on all file sizes with 1ms access time. I think I'll be installing one of the disks to it. :hmmm: I'm not too sure but I don't think you can get much more than 35MBps from a USB2 flash drive.

    Erm, I really can't see why they are suggesting this. The seek time to read files from a DVD is more than 10x longer than it is to read from a HDD iirc, maybe longer. The transfer rate is also considerably slower from a DVD compared to a HDD. Even if both discs are installed I can't see it being any slower than if the play disc isn't installed. I don't think there's any other reason either. :hmmm:

    I'll be happy if it comes tomorrow but it's the last game I'm buying from ShopTo now though. They are pretty much the most expensive retailer most of the time now and the customer support sadly is not what it used to be a few years ago. Even if it had come today this will be my last game from them.

    I'm not holding my breath about getting it tomorrow now. Either shops have lied about sending the game out over the weekend or RM are holding onto all parcels from certain retailers until tomorrow. Which no doubt would cause chaos here as our RM depot is tiny and full at the best of times judging by the big stacks of post/parcels on a normal day. Even if they do have enough storage space to hold all the copies at the depots I doubt they can deliver them all in a day.

    I know, you can't beat a good stickering, right guys? I just hope they don't limit the option to use manual and no driving aids to just wheel users though. Might have second thoughts about buying it if they do that.

    I think a lot of Tescos have sold out with pre-orders alone though. There's a shop in my town selling it for £70 today. :lol:

    Yea, Amazon shipped all orders to NI, Isle of man etc. by the looks of it where post usually takes longer and for some odd reason RM delivered it faster to other islands than they sometimes to do mainland.. Ahh RM :lol: I just don't get why game devs/publishers get all uptight about shops selling early. I mean they still get the money and sales figures in the end and paying customers get to play the game rather than making their paying customers wait longer than the people who pirate it. :confused:

    Just watched a few videos with no spoilers and it's safe to say LS city alone is mahoosive. Damage isn't as crap as I thought either.

    Just compare the size of the airport runways. The maps from the older games are half the size they would be if they were to scale with the V map.
