No BTCC 2017 thread? I missed the first race weekend of the season and was hoping to be at Donington today but that didn't happen so I'm making up for it by watching it on TV. F4 race stopped due to a horrific crash, just hope the young lad is okay. He went flat out into the back of and under a stopped/slow moving car. The worst part for viewers is the live TV feed showed him go under the car in front with the cars onboard camera. Not sure if he hit his head though. Other than that there has been some good racing and mega crashes so far this weekend with a few more hours to go with the rain on its way. Got to love how simple Donington is but it always manages to cook up some great entertainment.

Can't believe I missed the big 10! That's almost like a decade old, right? Got this place to thank for many, many good memories and some truly awesome people over the last 10 years. Glad to see the name changes still going strong as I have no idea who some people are. Hope everyone is still doing well. :)

Sheddon! Final race of the season and the top 2 drivers are separated by 2 points. Sheddon needs to beat Tordoff to win the championship and has just passed in on track. :panic: BTCC 2016, you will be missed.

Good news on the radio comms rule being heavily lifted. Also thanks to Rosberg, double yellow flag situations will now result in a red flag in qualifying. Thanks Rosberg/moron stewards. And no more track limits? Drivers were being threatened with penalties for exceeding tracking limits in free practice 2. I thought it was called practice for a reason...

You can't join friends no. You can come across other players but you more than likely won't know as you won't be able to hear them or see a name above them.

forza horizon 3 Forza Horizon 3: Garage Week 2
Camel replied to TurboDuck's topic in Driving & Racing Games
Still over 150 cars to go. And it appears to be random. Several Audis announced last week and more were announced last week. So you will still probably get an F-type. -
Forza Horizon 3: Garage Week 2 The weekly Wednesday is upon us again and so is the second installment of the Forza Garage where Turn 10 tease us with more cars. If you missed last weeks announcement, don't fear because it's just a click away. Click. This week they're sticking to the Australian theme from last week, if you ignore about 97% of the cars announced so far... You've surely seen the Holden Maloo already, it's the big green beast at the top of the page and it comes with a whopping 580bhp. Surely enough to give you... problems. Check out the 34 cars for this weeks garage below and stay tuned for next weeks Wednesday. 2007 Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione 1970 AMC Rebel "The Machine" 1998 Aston Martin V8 Vantage V600 2011 Audi RS 5 Coupé 2011 BMW X5 M 1981 BMW M1 1992 Bugatti EB110 Super Sport 1970 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 1966 Chevrolet Nova Super Sport 2008 Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR 1969 Ferrari Dino 246 GT 1968 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 2011 Ferrari FF 1978 Ford Mustang II King Cobra 1956 Ford F-100 1991 GMC Syclone 2016 Holden Special Vehicles GTS Maloo 1951 Holden 50-2106 FX Ute 1974 Holden Sandman HQ panel van 2012 Infiniti IPL G Coupe 2015 Jaguar XFR-S 1997 Lamborghini Diablo SV 2014 Lamborghini Urus 2014 Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged 2005 Lotus Elise 111S 2013 Mazda MX-5 1990 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.5-16 Evolution II 2013 Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG 1999 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X GSR 2000 Nissan Silvia Spec-R 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 2010 Renault Megane RS 250 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX STi

forza horizon 3 Forza Horizon 3: Garage Week 2

I quite like playing around with the quirky cars. Things that you rarely see in other games. -
Here be the 4th trailer, Survive.

No Man's Sky Pillar Trailers As the release of No Man's Sky crawls ever so closer, Sony have been releasing a series of trailers that give you a glimpse of the 4 basic areas of the game. Explore, Fight, Trade and Survive. There are just 19 more sleeps left till the game hits the stores on August 10th in Europe or the 9th in good old 'Murica. First up is the Explore trailer which you may have seen in my previous article may not have seen in my previous article a couple of weeks back, turns out my memory is getting cloudy in my old age, this trailer hadn't even been released back then! But if not, then for your viewing pleasure, here it is again. Next up is the second trailer which gives you an insight into the different ways in which you can fight in No Man's Sky. There sure are some odd looking creatures out there in the Universe, that's for sure. But judge for yourself. And last(for now) but not least is the trade trailer. This is the type of game play that I can see myself leaning towards thanks to my e-hoarding inclinations. Update 27 July The fourth, and probably final Pillar trailer is below in it's full 60 second glory. The theme for this is, yes, you guessed it, Survive. If you didn't get it then I think you should go and sit on the naughty step for a while and think about what you have done. Your Universe Awaits.

Corvettes. But F-type. i think that Vette would win out for me as I wouldn't want an F-type unless it was the beast one. :nods:

They would have known that he was trying to back Rosberg up into Ricciardo.
-
Had a quick read about this at lunch earlier, but it was an article by the anti-Hamilton journalist on BBC Sport. 20kph slower is totally safe and like he's not moving. He was still doing about 100mph around the corner through double yellows when he did not know what was around the corner. But yea, totally safe. Like the smug face Hamilton has but poor Ricciardo for being dragged into it! 16:55, not got a clue about that but it looks a bit dodgy! Maybe Rosberg was trying to wet Hamilton or just hit him in the nuts with a bottle... Very odd. Although afterwards Hamilton said he really needed the toilet so maybe he was trying to make him have an *ahem* moment.

Yup, was a rather boring race for the most part. Happy with the result though and only a week till the next race in Germany.

The Hungry (uh oh) GP will be getting under weigh (dun dun dunnnn) in about 60 minutes time. Will Red Bull be as strong as people are expecting and give the Mercs a run for there (OMG) money? Or will Nico and Lewis cause problems for one another, again? I'm not sure on the whether (someone find me a dictionary) forecast but I wouldn't mind a bit of rain in the race to spice things up again like last weekend at the British GP. And after the whole debacle of Nicos yellow flagged pole lap standing yesterday and the farce of the 107% actually being investigated despite the 4 red flags and changing weather in Q1. What will the stewards cock up monumentally today?

The memories thing was a joke, thought it was pretty obvious. Bare/bear, simple mistake. Sorry that my writing is not perfect. Even professional writers get things wrong from time to time!

I think I'd have to pass on that. For the price you could get a BMW 335i/d that's a few years newer. And probably an equivalent Audi or Merc. I do like some of the faster Volvos though, very unassuming.
-
Rosberg getting very lucky there. Again. If Alsonso hadn't have spun, Hamilton would have more likely got pole because he was on the fastest lap by far. Oh well. He'll just have to do it the slightly harder way tomorrow but hopefully he gets a good start and gets to the first corner alongside Rosberg and pushes him a bit wide.

A rather sodden Hungaroring this afternoon. The safety car pretty much floating around the track so there won't be any qualifying any time soon.

BeamNG.drive 0.6 Update Released It's been a while but the guys behind BeamNG have released another BIG update to the game and as usual it features a whole host of new features, cars, props, bug fixes and general improvements relating to the user interface, game physics etc. Highlights New vehicle, ETK I Series Range of new modifications to current cars including an articulated truck trailer Vehicle coupler. I mean, who doesn't want to stick trailers to their cars to make crashes more spectacular? Replay system, still an experimental feature but now you can get multiple different views of your "incidents" A new thermal system applied to the brakes Further improved physics for a wide range of things If you're new to BeamNG, have a look at the short video below which showcases some of the things that you can do in the game. [embed]http://blog.beamng.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/webm.webm[/embed] Here is the new car in the update, the ETK I series. Really takes me back to the 80's before I was born, the memories have come flooding back. Couplers - That shiny new articulated trailer that you have? Now you can couple it up to the T-series truck and wreak some havoc with the gung-ho AI drivers. Or just try to drift it around an obstacle course, whatever floats your boat. Last but not least is the new replay system. Bare in mind that this is still an experimental feature so you can't expect it to work properly all of the time. But it's still something that you can now play around with to get action shots of your favourite, or unfortunate mishaps! As usual, the list of updates is far far too big to post here so hop on over to the BeamNG website for all of the nitty gritty details.
