    Had an interesting day... Made the ramps today. Only just made it up the first step. Planed them off so it was a less steep gradient and much smoother. Made if just over halfway up and it just couldn't make it further and I rolled backwards, straight over the blocks of wood behind the rear tires and straight into my stepdads tool shed. :eek: So there's a big exhaust shaped hole in the side of it. And also all of the water and muck got shot out of the exhaust and also made the side of the shed black. My car took a dump.:lol: So it's a good job I didn't buy the metal ramps as I'd have no chance getting up them as my wooden ones were only 4 steps high and not 5. Getting a jack tomorrow to lift the car up and put the ramps under the tires. I will get the car on the ramps!

    A big desk for all my crap, clothes and money amongst smaller things. All in all I probably spent more on other people in total than they did on me for the first time.

    Sorry if I seemed snappy, didn't mean too. And I didn't run out of petrol. I didn't take the choke out. Don't know which is worse anyway though. :lol:

    Been too busy with uni stuff and work recently to have a proper look. And when I have had time, it's been raining so I can't do anything. Got 5 weeks off now though. :)

    I woulda won that If my driver listened a backed off for the last 8 laps like I told him to. But no, he kept putting in new fastest sectors all the time and wasted all the fuel. >.< I think I need a new translator. :hmmm:

    I'm not an idiot, I did research the best oil for the car before I went out and bought it. It came to either the Halfords 20w50 or another 20w50 oil. The Haynes manual says 10w40 so putting in the ones you said would more than likely damage it as they're far to thin. Also the A series engines don't play nice with synthetic oil either. Remember the engine design is from the 50's, just tweaked a bit.

    Nah, I paid mine 2 weeks ago. So it's good that I got it before it went up. They can be jerks all they want, all we have to do is put our thumbs over the mics and it blocks all noise so we can rip them to shreds. :lol: It is nice when you get a decent person ringing up who you can have a conversation with while waiting for stuff. I tend to get them in big lumps, I'll have a day of low severity calls and nice people and then I'll have a day of high severity calls and idiots.
