    Well I have built my PC before i ordered my 9800GTX and borrowed a 7600GS and all worked fine. I got my 9800GTX at the weekend and the PSU fried, just got a new PSU today and installed it, plugged all of the cables in. I came to turning it on, power runs through everything fine, all the fans are going and the little LED on the back of the 9800GTX is green. Now heres the problem, now the computer wont even POST as in nothing happens on the monitor and there is one long beep from the internal speaker. Anybody know what to do as I have just emailed POV support and am awaiting a reply

    Well I like them all but i think knights of cydonia is more catchy, but my speakers don't like it much because when that song comes on I just have to turn it up so that my speakers bounce around and my insides are vibrating from the base, feels really strange

    try reinstalling your graphics card drivers, but first of download a program that lets you remove all traces of the old driver in safe mode and then install the latest version. That might work

    The 1GB card is only better at higher resolutions like 1920X1080 or similar because per frame it fills up the whole 1GB and this can slow it down if you are running at lets say 1280X1024 because it needs to fill all the memory in order to get that frame displayed properly. So 512M is best upto about 1440X1080 and anything above that would benefit from the extra memory

    This is the fan i'm using at the moment and it keeps my athlon64 4800+ X2 overclocked by 0.5Ghz at about 32C when on crysis with the fan running at about 80%, it is also quiet even at full RPM http://www.ebuyer.com/product/136623

    Yes, you will need thermal paste otherwise your CPU will overheat. Before you put the thermal paste on, clean the top of the CPU and the bottom of the fan with a cotton bud or something with white spirit on it to clean it. I recommend this stuff http://www.ebuyer.com/product/126410 might be expensive for how much they're is but i put some on my dads CPU after I'd done mine and his temps dropped 8C

    Thats just not normal and i had to sit there listening to khevo reading it out load last night

    I do need to sort the cabling out though, the speaker cable came out of the left floorstander so i put it back in but forgot to turn my amp of first and i kinda can't hear properly in my right ear now :(
