I don't think there's anyway you can change it... Why, I've never had any problem with image quality out of TDU...?

Assuming you're using ObjectDock - Find an icon somewhere (http://www.wincustomize.com or http://www.deviantart.com are good) and save it to your PC. Right click Firefox shortcut and click 'Dock Entry Properies'. Click 'Change Image', and go find your icon saved on your PC. Voila ^^
