His Bugatti replaced the default bike and the Facel Vega replaced the default car, or if it was the other way around. So no, it's technically not possible. Yet. ;)

Damage will be amazing, all games without it feels incomplete in some way in my opinion. Day/Night cycle will to me be more of a bonus, I don't think too much about it, but it will be nice at least to know that it's synced in some way. xD
