  1. Yeah, the battery on the iPhone sucks. I have a mini solar charger I carry around because it drains too quickly :|. The Nexus One is also a good idea to check out, but I had a HTC Hero (which is also Android) and I got rid of it because the developer interest just isn't there (from third party and from Google), so if you're looking for loads of useful apps, Android isn't going to work. However, if you're looking for some useful apps and some useful widgets/a nice UI, Android is the best way to go.
  2. What do you primarily want from it? The safest all round bet IMO would be the iPhone. I have an iPhone 3G after going through a HTC TyTn II, a Nokia 5800XM, a HTC Hero and a Nokia N97 Mini and it's just a brilliant allrounder. Easily the smoothest touchscreen on a device right now, smoothest running, best web browsing experienced and it's got the "it just works" factor about it, which is great. But depending on what you want from your next phone, I'm sure there are many other great devices that may do a better job.
  3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_Tp-HG3YYQ ...on 12" :) Sadly I don't have the original though, still looking for it.
  4. Yeah, watched the conference it was announced at yesterday. Looks very nice, I may have to get one at the end of the year. It'll especially succeed with the updates iPhone 4.0 are bringing...
  5. Volvo 340 = "Poor mans 86" as they're referred to :D I'd love one, they're quite hard to find though. Got more luck finding an actual 86 :p. @Spongie - There's two Supras kinda like that near me; both automatic, non-turbos, both with bashed up wheels, and 1 with Ferrari badges on it :D @Mb - Yeah, Advans really don't suit Supras. Although, they don't suit many cars, but they suit S14s and FDs the best IMO.
  6. Lol, yeah, there's an fb group about it ^_^.
  7. The limited edition Lamborghini – just 250 will be built – is named after famous test-driver and Lamborghini ambassador Valentino Balboni. And according to Balboni’s specifications, the gorgeous Gallardo sends its power to the rear wheels, becoming the first rear-wheel drive Gallardo built. The Balboni edition Lamborghini boasts a 5.2-litre V10 engine developing 550bhp, which is just 10bhp shy of the range-topping Gallardo LP560-4. But because Balboni ditches the four-wheel drive system, this Gallardo becomes the lightest model in the range, and as such is the second fastest production Gallardo money can buy. The 0-62mph sprint takes 3.9 seconds (3.7s for the LP560-4) and the Balboni Gallardo will top 199mph on a derestricted road. Lamborghini has re-tuned the springs, dampers, stabilisers and aerodynamics, with the ESP system allowing “greater drift angles”. Which is very good if you ask us… Each LP550-2 comes with a badge bearing Balboni’s signature and the car’s production number. Valentino Balboni has helped shape numerous Lamborghini models, including the famous Lamborghini Miura and the Murcielago. Since 1973, he has sat at the wheel of every prototype built by the brand. Lamborghini London is offering the limited edition Valentino Balboni Gallardo for £154,950, which comes with sat-nav, the ‘Travel Pack’ and carbon ceramic brakes. Credits to Vijay Pattni and Auto Trader for the information. --------------------- So? What does everyone think? I certainly drooled when I saw it :D. EDIT: I know it's not exactly new news, but it's a bit more info than I found already here.
  8. Red Ferrari California, Graphite Grey R35 GT-R, Black R35 GT-R and Graphite Grey F430. I <3 R35s :D.
  9. Painfully riced out? Lol, that's far from even starting to be riced out. This is what we have to put up with over here: ...dem badman geezers and dere sick cars...
  10. :birthday: Happy Birthday mate!! Have a great one ;)
  11. A Black Porsche Panamera S (first Panamera I've seen on the road, and I quite like the look of it) and a filthy Silver Evo IX :D.
  12. It was never a console war, stop jumping to conclusions that every time these two games are compared it's suddenly a "console war" or "fanboy war". He just asked a simple question and gave his opinion and a justification.
  13. I prefer Gran Turismo, but the customisation features of Forza do bring me to their side a bit more. The car and track list are what make me love Gran Turismo (and the fact that you can play it with G25). But Forza 3 is great, and I don't think this is a competition of GT5 and Forza 2, or Forza 3 anymore; more likely with the next Forza.
  14. I'd have to say A class, because it's a great mix of speed (but not too much) and great handling; perfect Time Attack class. I also quite like class D though, because it's quite entertaining racing with average road cars.
  15. Since it was snowing today, counted 12 Imprezas, 5 Evos (1 of them being an Evo VI TME) and an R32 GT-R Skyline. Also just the usual bunch of range rovers and such, just more of them, and a Matte Black Cayenne GTS.
  16. New "set-up" as of today: Desk getting messy again now :p.
  17. When you put the H-Shifter as "On" in Controls, it does not necessarily automatically activate the clutch. You still need to set the control of "Clutch" to the clutch on the G25 and you need to turn "Auto-Clutch" off. You also need to set all the controls for each gear on the H-Shifter. And if you want to de-activate the Clutch, you just set "Auto-Clutch" to on.
  18. That's terrible :(. The response from most strongly-Christian people when a tragedy like this happens is: "God works in mysterious ways". I suppose there's nothing else that can be said to that. R.I.P. to the innocent who die from un-necessary violence.
  19. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJPltEv64vo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8CHxCD3QOw
  20. I don't think Atari/Eden are that bothered about that, since they put a left-hand drive R34 GT-R Skyine in TDU, and they're neither sold in the US, nor made in LHD versions.
  21. Yeah, that's why I was thinking of moving it til Saturday... Ah, I'll just postpone it until more interest arises.
  22. If you're asking whether it's well built, yes, they last very long, and even though they came out a few years ago they're still the top of the range steering wheels, beaten only by the G27. And you can get them for quite cheap now. The only difference between the G25 and the G27 is the G27 has the LEDs for a rev counter and a few more buttons, but the price difference really isn't worth it.
  23. Got a PS3, PC and X360; I think the PC is the best for all of them, it's just a lot more expensive to keep up with running newer games. I play my X360 the most, but only because the X360 is actually mine, while the PS3 is the whole family's, so the X360 is in my room. If I could have the PS3 in my room, I'd gladly play it more than the X360 though.
  24. Yeah, saw it the other day: INCREDIBLE :D :D :D :D. He's not all there in the head :D.
