Yeah same. I finished the story last night and will do the faction missions and maybe some more skill challenges to improve cars - after that the real test of the game begins - how fun is it to just cruise?

Somewhat like a Jetta or A3 sedan if you will (terms of size). Looks nice enough, and you've still got a manual motorbike to look forward to.

the crew No Sound in Cutscenes/Cinematics (pc)
Ryzza5 replied to A.C.I.D's topic in Driving & Racing Games
Do you have a microphone/headset connected to your PC? A common problem across many games is a Windows setting in conjunction with these auto speech detection services (Steam, uPlay). Jump into the Sounds control panel applet and change to this setting: -

the crew The Crew - Controller & Wheel settings [user suggested]
Ryzza5 replied to Eudemon's topic in Driving & Racing Games
Yep, using 670 here. I've heard others using 540 as well. I prefer the extra rotation when I'm out of the cities on the twisty roads, although sometimes it can be a job to catch the wheel.- 24 replies

Missions don't really pay much. Despite losing the medals can you continue the story where you left off? If yes I'd avoid redoing them until you get to Level 50 when you unlock the Platinum medals. One cheeky way to get away quickly in the Ford GT40 event is to go back onto the speedway track and do a few laps.

The idea is that you copy the example text from that thread into the new file, test, and then tweak parameter values one at a time. <ExtraConfig FFB_Factor="1.5f" FFB_LoadFactor="1.0f" FFB_LoadPower="1.5f" FFB_LatFactor="1.0f" FFB_SlipAngleFactor="2.0f" FFB_CamberFactor="0.1f" FFB_CamberOffset="2.5f" FFB_DamperFactor="0.2f" FFB_DamperMaxRoll="1.0f" FFB_DamperMaxRollVal="0.1f" FFB_DamperMaxSlipAngle="0.25f" FFB_WaitRate="1" FFB_SpringNoControl="0.25f" /> Dev suggested tweaks for High Torque (i.e. expensive Fanatec / Thrustmaster) wheels to reduce FFB on bumpy surfaces: <ExtraConfig FFB_Factor="1.5f" FFB_LoadFactor="1.0f" FFB_LoadPower="1.0f" FFB_CamberFactor="0.1f" FFB_CamberOffset="0.5f" FFB_SlipAngleFactor="2.0f" FFB_LatFactor="2.0f" FFB_DamperFactor="0.2f" FFB_DamperMaxRoll="1.0f" FFB_DamperMaxRollVal="0.1f" FFB_DamperMaxSlipAngle="0.25f" FFB_WaitRate="5" FFB_SpringNoControl="0.25f" />- 24 replies

Well even though I've nearly completed the story I still can't afford the LaFerrari, for example. What makes this whole situation sting even more is that once you tune a car from Full Stock to Perf or Circuit, the top speed is artificially limited. i.e. all Perf cars have the same top speed on road. So we may as well just stick with that tuned Mustang or Camaro that we purchased when we started the game.
