  1. I know, but both gamepads and wheels are 'controllers', so perhaps it thinks it's a wheel of sorts, and is assigning too much 'degrees of rotation' to that axis. Increas the sensitivity and see if that helps - check using low speed manuvers first (3 point turns, etc).
  2. Try playing with the wheel sensitivity setting in GT5.
  3. Isn't that more expensive though?
  4. Hi Jusmar I moved your thread in here as it's a bit more suitable, and should gather a bit more attention for you. :)
  5. So Diablo - any responses from the devs after sending that list of stuff TDU2 desperately needs? Would anyone change their vote for the poll given the passing of time, the strike/redundancies (& the disappearance of GMDestra and InfoNinja), the lack of news on console patches, etc?
  6. If you have $12 AU to burn you can buy the game here. Also if you own Race 07, sign up to RaceRoom to get a free F1 DLC that's activated via Steam.
  7. meh, not anymore it does
  8. oh wait, that's a Porsche? Had me stumped for a few seconds since most Porsche's usually look identical
  9. Some guys in their modded Golf R's and older GTI went to Sandown in Melbourne the other day: Before anyone asks, it is a different day here in my timezone.
  10. Are you stalking that Gallardo owner, Tom?

  12. And people reckon the roads in DiRT3 are too wide
  13. Most good mobo's have a Optical/TOSlink port. I got the XFX nVidia n790i Ultra because I was too lazy to compare all those long and confusing model names used by Asus, Gigabyte, etc. It was a very good mobo for the time (would have to be considering it cost $630) and is still going strong. Just be 110% sure the mobo is compatible with the RAM and CPU that you want, has a similar FSB speed, supports your choice of SLI or xFire (just in case), and go for Japanese capacitors if it's mentioned. Quite a few cheap motherboards die young due to bad capacitors. You'll probably find two or more brands that offer the motherboard you want at a similar price, so then just compare what extra special features/software/technologies you get and make your choice.
  14. :panic:
  15. Corsair gave me no end of problems (although DDR3 was uber-new when I built mine). Once I sold the RAM back to the shop (at a loss) and bought OCZ Reaper DDR3 RAM I was all fine. However I've recently read that OCZ is moving away from making RAM.
  16. Just as long as you're better than that rally race we had in GT5 using muscle cars
  17. Wow Tom - you finally found a nice car around Melbourne  :jk:
  18. I'm tempted to check out these DiRT3 videos, but I don't want to be spoiled for when GFWL one day decides to let me sign in and create a profile :fuming:
  19. I thought you said you were getting rid of your X360 Melzzy?
  20. Didn't really want to share this, but oh well. I asked a girl I've liked for a few years out (call me old-fashioned) only to find out she's very recently come across someone else. Last few days were rough, but I'm doing ok now.
  21. The info is still in your profile, 'Jeff who doesn't like TDU2' ;)
  22. Stalking cat is awesomer.
