If you can convince me to purchase TDU2 for X360 I'd be happy to join - maybe I'll see if the next patch sorts out those club issues first. Purchasing the game again just to join your club is probably just the sort of insanity you are looking for in a candidate anyway :nuts:

I had this problem when I first played TDU2 final (not an issue in the beta). Solution was to close/terminate the Logitech Profiler before launching TDU2. You could then map the controls. Eventually the problem sorted itself out, so I can use the profiler to force a bit of extra centering spring to compensate for the lack of FF in the game.

My this is a nice turn-around from the TDU1 days where PC players had to wait a few months for the X360 content to reach us :p

GoPro camera arrived on Tuesday which works well (just need to find a codec/plugin for Sony Vegas). Went for a good drive (despite the rain) yesterday. Saw a Citroen Belingo on the way to work this morning (didn't realise those things were in Australia). Just downloaded some new nVidia drivers which allegedly will improve gaming performance by 13% I wish I could improve my gaming performance just by downloading new drivers :p

Wait so you only broke the USB receiver but the laptop is ok? I would've called that lucky if anything (although check the HDD for weird noises and take a backup). If it's just a bluetooth adapter, you can get generic ones that'll do the trick pretty cheaply from a computer shop.

Sometimes laptops create an audio hum depending on how nice or cheap the audio hardware is. The quality of the cables and connections can also cause this. Since you belive the monitor is causing interference, try to get more expensive audio cables with gold connectors from your nearest electronics store (or online). From reading your description I'm pretty sure no audio cables are plugged into the monitor (I have the BenQ E2420HD - great monitors). HOw close are the cables to the monitor? What happens if you route them so that none go near it? Data transfer can sometimes interfere as well. Unplug USB devices and other peripherals to see if there's any effect. Try getting newer sound card drivers. Maybe try powering the speakers from another power point separate to where your PS3 and PC are. A higher quality power board with surger protection might help. Sorry for the ambiguity, but that gives you a few places to start trying in any case.

No pics from the cruise? We always took pics from TDU1 cruises and shared them in the cruise thread afterwards. :(

Remember the old NFS games where you couldn't select Ferrari's in any Hot Pursuit mode (they were greyed out). Even the latest NFS HP 2010 game didn't have Ferrari's. I guess we should all grab Ferrari's in TDU2 and smash into things and use them in police chases so Atari/Eden get their money's worth :p
