    On PC it is more hit and miss - depending on what router and ISP you have. It works, but can be glitchy to say the least.

    Honestly - I see no point to switching cars then. Sure, getting a new car (or a new anything, really) is great, but if you can't really afford to get something that's quite a bit or a lot better than what you currently have is a bit pointless imo.

    It's because Fanatec is a small company and the Pacific is a small marketplace for Fanatec products. Logitech already ship loads of stuff to us so it's not much work to add extra products to the mix. A new company has to find distributors, stores, and so on, assuming there's a demand for the product. I can't find anywhere to by a new ButtKicker V2 in Australia for similar reasons.

    There were reliability issues a while ago but I haven't heard anything Fanatec related in a long time, and not many people here use them, so I don't think these are the best forums to be asking unfortunately. I think Iced_Bullet had one of the very first Fanatec wheels when they were more-or-less still in Beta - not sure if he still has it or not.

    Just had another go - I can't beat my ghost as I took every corner perfect besides the hammerhead and second-to-last - where I could squeeze a tad more, but I'm always behind my ghost when I get there. It would be interesting to export/import each others ghosts to see how similar they are :)

    When does the first comp finish - the suspense is killing me! :lol: Wait - did pyrre get me? poop :( That said, I once got a 1:26 something while racing my brother split screen in those cars (I thrashed him due to the practicing), so maybe there's still hope (if I have another go, that is).

    Reminds me of reading that Apex book - they offer high praise to a lot of Japansese cars and technologies in their, with a brief mentioning of European and American cars on the side ;)

    Yeah - I was going to say downgrading originally but didn't want to offend. Why don't you steer her towards a new Polo GTI or Golf if she can afford them. The new Mk6's are great.
