Well that's quite obvious, considering I linked to Forza Central - not the TurboDuck homepage :fp: -

Wouldn't surprise me - you had to pay to unlock all the horizon outposts if you cbb unlocking it yourself. Maybe you get the jump feature for free if you complete all 1000 challenges  Tonight is GT5 league night so I can't check. -

Well it certainly isn't this  -
See now you've said I'm going to want to have a look :p My [ugly] house now has an [ugly] anti-spider-on-roof defence system. Once I get some better materials I'll find a better place to build a better house and then noobs can use my old one (this could take some time though) I'm quite jealous of what this guy has managed to build and acquire though - don't know what half that stuff is... droppers.... wiring... teleportation pearls? Also here is a crafting list: Crafting/CompleteList - Minecraft Wiki

Will the handling also affect AI? i.e. could you have good driving physics AND have good competitive races through the single player career?
-
Last year drove the Golf GTI and R, this year in the next course up probably the Golf R and Scirocco R. Progression course is $250, Evolution is $350. Last year I got a $100 discount for owning a Mk6 Golf (maybe I'll get it again). Either way it's a steal for what you get. Lunch is provided, half a day at the track with advanced driving instructors (some from V8 Supercars), merchandise, and a USB stick with a recording of your laps on the track.

How do you make those signs with writing on them anyway? (I'll Google it but I'm sure others here will want to know) It looked like your house had an upstairs section Reaper, but with no way to get up there. Yesterday was quite weird as during the day there were still plenty of creepers and spiders (think I even saw a leopard and a wolf) whereas the first time I played it was all quiet during the day time.
-
Your friend warned me not to follow creepers around in the day - was nice to see you demonstrate why today

I've got a wheel and spent a lot of time playing TDU1 in H mode if you want a tester - as long as there's no risk in being banned online.

I'm planning to do the advanced (Evolution) course @ Philip Island on Wednesday the 4th of September. You don't need to own a VW to attend. Bookings open next week. From last year:

ok I'm coming :panic: @khev are you able to slow down the ToD cycle speed? I barely start a project before having to run back to my rubbish house :)
-
The drifting looks a lot (I mean a LOT) better - the way the car jerks forward and revs looks a bit weird. Keep at it - great progress :)
-
Last night? What time? Why didn't I see you there? I was on from around 10pm to 12am I keep pushing E to open the doors like in Portal 2.... and then if someone else types something I'll push TAB to try and see what they're on about. Some should mod that remote view into the MC. I might play again tonight (~9 or 10pm Melbourne time - in about 7-8 hours from now) if anyone wants to join me. Oh and I also ate a few chickens + a sheep on the hill but do not know what to do to replenish them.
-
If you see an ugly two-tone house on the water then that is mine. There's nothing inside worth stealing :p
-
Silver lining - you still have a job :) Once upon a time there were 5 or 6 people in this IT department, now there are 2, and on 2 occasions I've done it all on my own for 5 weeks.
-
Starting a house on the lake and made some paths so I don't get lost. Was playing with Flagimbarb.

Figured I might as well buy it since it's only $5, and then I realised it's actually $25, but meh, bought it anyway (no wonder that guy is mega rich). So I've managed to enclose myself in a part wood/dirt tomb to survive my first night... and now I'm wondering how I know when it's morning again. :) Let me know how this multiplayer thing works as well and when you'll all be playing next.

With who exactly? :oook: -
I'm sure the talent is out there, but if you're making a new game, everything needs to be from scratch, and everything has to be legit. A lot of the talent probably have a lot of other more important things to do (i.e. a real job that pays money). Hold onto the ambition, but I would recommend to start very small and just do a proof of concept first. Once you can show tangibly what's possible, you may attract a lot more assistance.
