This isn't an app per se but it's pretty decent. If you go to iphone.tvcatchup.com and add the bookmark to your home screen you'll have live TV on the go, provided you have either Wi Fi or 3G available. Oh and you need to make an account, but that takes all of 2 seconds and you can use the same account on the Desktop top version of TV Catch Up.

The iPhone 4 camera is the first phone camera I've had that actually passes as an acceptable point and shoot. The HDR thingy it does now is cool too.
