  1. @Icy J: That's the China-specific "Tiger" M3 (or something), right? :) Why I oughta... :cheeky: You call an SA Aperta a "wanna be convertible?" Sure, it looks odd with the roof up, but it's so awesome. :) -Leadfoot
  2. ^When see it, you'll... A lot of people will just glance over a somewhat dirty car in a grey setting, but please look again. Holy crap that's awesome! :D -Leadfoot
  3. Nice pics; I really like this one. :) -Leadfoot
  4. Handling physics, first and foremost, followed by sound and wheel support. I never actually got the H-Shifter to work with my game. :oook: -Leadfoot
  5. Whaaaa... :omg: GTAIV modded? -Leadfoot
  6. Thanks. :) Quite a while, but I only started filming car events when I got the slider (it's a track mounted on a tripod that stabilizes the camera for the horizontal shots) a couple weeks ago. The day before my Ferrari Challenge video. It's about 30 minutes from me. :D The show was actually held at the Hemmings Motor News headquarters, so that was cool. You ought to visit VT sometime. :) Thanks! Just looked up some demos of the filter on YouTube, and I agree. Maybe in the future... ;) -Leadfoot
  7. I only took a few low-angle (or, if we're being technical, high-angle...) side shots and one of the interior, but there's more footage of it . It's at 0:30. :) -Leadfoot
  8. Yeah, I was a bit surprised by it to tell the truth. Thanks for the comments. :) --------------------------------- Video up! -Leadfoot
  9. Shelby Viper. :D Yes, it's real, and yes, there's only one. -Leadfoot
  10. My first thought, too. I think it's the light sensor from the auto-dimming mirror. ;) -Leadfoot
  11. New batch from the Hemmings event yesterday (another one). The video is coming soon! ;) Hidden among Muscle by LeadfootYT, on Flickr Modern Classic by LeadfootYT, on Flickr Road Trip by LeadfootYT, on Flickr Parking Lot Find by LeadfootYT, on Flickr Triumph TR6 by LeadfootYT, on Flickr Shelby Viper by LeadfootYT, on Flickr ^That's a REAL Shelby Viper. It was supposed to be one of 25 produced, but this ended up being the only one. :D I talked with the owner for a bit about it - very cool car! Comments appreciated! And check out other stuff at HittingRedline.com! -Leadfoot
  12. Attack Heli Littlebird FTW! :) -Leadfoot
  13. -- OLD IMAGE REMOVED (imageshack) -- -Leadfoot
  14. Wait... THAT was your rental on vacation? Or did it belong to someone you know? -Leadfoot
  15. Hot damn! :omg: Nice shot. If I ever go to Monaco/Italy/the places you guys are, I am totally bringing my camera slider. -Leadfoot
  16. Nice video - looks like fun! :) This isn't a complaint or anything, but for next year (if you tag along again), it might be cool to try aiming the camera to the right a bit more, so you don't get the car in the picture. It might look like a crane shot or something. With that Gallardo at ~2:00, it would look especially good. :) You already did it a little bit with the cropped Viper shot at 2:40. -Leadfoot
  17. Awwwww yeeeaaaaaah! Batmobile! :D Thanks, iLLusion. -Leadfoot
  18. Oh, that's what those are. :hmmm: Cool! -Leadfoot
  19. Ah. Confusing. :p Thanks. -Leadfoot
  20. Looks almost like TDU textures... But it's not. Game? -Leadfoot
  21. "Way Back Home" was what convinced me to get a camera slider. His recent ones, "Way Back Home" and "Industrial Revolution," are all great films (especially since he ditched that wide-angle-obsessed wannabe), with brilliant use of music. It almost brings tears to your eyes to see a sports video without brash metal or rap. Smooth shots, great angles, stunning locations, and a capable rider. "Way Back Home" is still one of my favorite videos on the internet. :) -Leadfoot
  22. We don' take kaaandly to such talk 'round these parts. :cheeky: -Leadfoot
  23. I'd love to get this camera angle in a movie clip. -Leadfoot
  24. In that case, it may well have been upgraded using Ruf parts. But there is a wide range of companies who also sell competing products. Given the standard 996 Turbo had 414hp (450 with the X50 option), it wouldn't be too hard to bring it up to over 500. -Leadfoot
  25. @Narwhal: I believe that's a bodykit-ed 911 Turbo, not a Ruf (Ruf cars have their own logo on the hood, not a Porsche one). Wicked cool SM, by the way! :D -Leadfoot
