  1. In that case it was probably a VERY old one, likely referring to the MiTo. Forgot who owned that. :) Now I know. Sorry to bother you over that. -Leadfoot

  2. ^Ladies and gentlemen, why to move out of your parents' house the moment you turn 18. Don't let this happen to you. -Leadfoot
  3. Voted Milli, but Baily was a close second. -Leadfoot
  4. I just smashed my finger in a sliding door and feinted in the shower from the pain. Then I hit my head on the toilet seat (knocked it off) and woke up on the floor. Awaiting ride to doctor's. -Leadfoot
  5. Yeah, that's a standard E46. Possibly a 325 with 330 wheels. I never understood that trend. Those who don't know what it means don't care, and those who will think you're an idiot. -Leadfoot
  6. Ah, a fan of the Fox Body. Welcome to TDUC! :) -Leadfoot
  7. "I'll have mine in greh-, greh-, guuuuu-, guuuuuuu- red." @Ryzza: It would be a good idea. Perhaps I'll write a letter to the BBC and not care if they don't read it! :cheeky: -Leadfoot
  8. I figure it's time I showed my setup. Dual Acers, one of them 24" (handles audio splitting and output) and one of them 23". The desk is a Roccaforte, designed for efficient work/play, and the keyboard tray is height adjustable as well, so the G25 just slides under when I'm not using it. The whole Command Center requires two power strips, and for a little while I had three monitors - that's REALLY taxing. The background colors DO MATCH, but they showed up differently in the images. Sorry about that. :o -- OLD IMAGE REMOVED (imageshack) -- -- OLD IMAGE REMOVED (imageshack) -- -- OLD IMAGE REMOVED (imageshack) -- Comments? :) -Leadfoot
  9. Perhaps he wants a "Generic Crap Rock Music" sound. EDIT: I was watching them third to first (the second one is actually pretty cool), just saw the first video REALLY WAS NICKLEBACK! Bwahahahahahaha! -Leadfoot
  10. Ooh, nice. Did you get to hear it? Those things sound absolutely  . -Leadfoot
  11. I imagine licensing got much more expensive for the cars (and because they can't "officially" support modding, they wouldn't include more slots than necessary), as well as the costs of outsourcing models, which would explain a decrease in cars. But losing 40 cars from the first game to the sequel? :oook: I think we have a right to be frustrated with them for that. -Leadfoot
  12. Like the second AMG dock shot. :) The Tricolore was the Steam pre-order car. -Leadfoot
  13. Well, you can make any car you want be whatever drivetrain you want, so I'm not sure why it'd matter. -Leadfoot
  14. The physic are actually a separate issue. In TDU1, cars could be imported if they were prepped properly, meaning even cars from consoles showed up. Prepping them for TDU2 is certainly possible. :) However, like TDU1, the number of cars is limited. There's probably a few open spaces for cars Atari/Eden KNEW would be DLC, but I don't think the modders are that keen to start going at TDU2 quite yet. Remember, TDU1 modding was started THREE YEARS after the game's release. Also (partly for this reason), modding TDU2 is not all that welcome on this forum (aside from small tweaks that improve gameplay), because it ultimately kills the game for the developer. :( -Leadfoot
  15. It's that season again, isn't it? :( Get better soon. @Scoob: A comment about New York drivers could be made here, but the blinker rebellion is too annoying/dangerous for that. On my bike ride to school every day (in warm months), there's a highway on ramp that someone ALWAYS has to take exactly as I'm riding across. If they turn on their turn signals, then I pull aside. If they don't, then they WAIT as I go across at my own pace. I feel for you - you're lucky nothing worse happened, though. -Leadfoot
  16. Very nice, Alex! A photoshoot, I presume? :) -Leadfoot
  17. Pretty crazy flares, there. -Leadfoot
  18. MAXCOD3R! :cheeky: -Leadfoot
  19. I have an idea, Atari. Instead of reinventing the wheel and deciding to make it square, why don't you just use the same game and just update the graphics, models, textures, and terrain. Any person on Earth could do half of that thanks to modding tools, so what's stopping you from basically "modding" your own game REALLY well? Instead, you take out a third of the cars and 75% of the cool features, leaving us with a beautiful game that only frustrates us and teases us with what it COULD have been. -Leadfoot
  20. ^Do that. In TDU1, there are two separate pause menus. The one with Photomode is accessed by pressing "P." -Leadfoot
  21. Aside from the 2011 Focus, the Focus SVT, and the Fiesta (which, come to think of it, were all designed in Europe :cheeky: ), that's just a list of the worst cars ever made by America before 2004. -Leadfoot
  22. Wheel support in general sucks. It is recognized by the game, but it is difficult to get working. What's the matter with yours? We can probably offer at least some help. -Leadfoot
  23. 64. Passion Pit - "Little Secrets" 65. The fact that EVERY SINGLE STATIC HOUSE has open doors and a driveway. You did listen to something, Atari/Eden. -Leadfoot
  24. Ah, okay. But surely you mean the TDU2/TDU version, right? Because the Viper . -Leadfoot
  25. I understand your whole "Something doesn't add up" mentality, but (1) the final-gen Viper had 600, and (2) that was probably what they felt was a reliable, streetable amount. If you want the true capacity, though, then there are people (Hennessey, for example) that almost mass-produce 1100 or 1200 hp Vipers. If you want race-only spec, people have gone even higher. ;) In a good way or a bad way? -Leadfoot
