GTAMADDOG

Well, it wasn't actually today, it was Wednesday but I haven't been online since before then or I forgot about it, the latter being more likely. Went into work on Wednesday pretty hacked off because I'm struggling to find a new job which interests me (found one a couple of weeks ago and sent my CV off but they never got back to me about the job). My contract is meant to end on the 16th September. Just about to sit down for another four hours sat next to a phone and infront of a computer when the Human Resources lady comes up to me and says "Me and the General Manager would like to see you in his office", at this point I'm thinking "Hmmm, which of the many things that I do wrong on a daily basis are they going to bring up and use against me?". I say nothing and follow the HR lady to the GMs office, sit down, he swivels around on his desk chair and says "We've been having a think about your contract and we don't know how you'll feel about this but we wondered if you wouldn't mind staying on until Christmas instead of finishing next week. I don't know if you've got another job lined up yet, or not, but we'd like to keep you here a bit longer than intended as you seem to be fitting in well and helping your colleages out quite a bit." I immediately think "Sweet, no more looking for jobs for now!". They then went on about some other things I'm not allowed to broadcast to anyone but that was that. Can't believe it really. Started the job in April as someone who hates talking to people on the phone and had never had a job involving such a thing before, along with two other people who had been in customer services/telecommunication roles before for quite some time. Get to August and find out the other two are finishing at the end of the month and I've been the one chosen out of us three to help cover for people while they are on holiday. Now they've extended my contract again because I'm doing that well apparently. Not bad, I still absolutely hate answering the phone though. I also bought Dead Island, don't know whether it's any good or not but it's got zombies and open world stuff so I'm there.

I've bought things, but they haven't been as expensive as my camera or computer parts which is a relief for my bank balance. Lol. I've been 'collecting' bus tickets since I started by job back in April. Took a photo of them all but I'm not on my computer so I can't upload the photo anywhere. When I say collecting I mean placing them all in the same pile which is in a convenient place at the end of each week :p

I don't mind the handling really, it takes a bit of getting used to but it does most games do in a way. I think I'd find it a lot better if I wasn't so focused on getting the guy to do all the crossing over of arms and what-not business with the steering wheel. I love that. I'll probably buy it, maybe not as soon as it's released, mainly because I'll more than likely be out of a job then and won't want to spend any money at all.

A clutch that works like it should do would be fantastic. Better handling would make the game much more enjoyable as well.

This. Not overly keen on the wheels, but it definitely looks better than the stuff BMW release today (In terms of styling) in my opinion.

A very good day. Passed my frickin' practical driving test, baby! One minor fault. Problem, DSA? :p Also got the rest of the day off so I don't have to worry about pigeons for a change. Ahhhh, tis gooood!

Didn't even realise anyone had replied :p I buy a Mega-Rider Gold ticket each week as I need to catch two buses which an ordinary Mega-Rider doesn't cover, area wise. £19 a week (usually) to do 50 miles a day. As much as I'd rather go by car it's a lot cheaper, especially at the moment as it's £10 a week because of some weird promotion thing they've got going on for under-25s running until August 30th. I paid the £19 using a £20 note and pay the £10 using a £10 note obviously, they don't bat an eye-lid about that but the driver who took me to college hated anyone who showed her anything larger than a £5 note because you either had to pay for a bus-pass at the start of each year which was £300+ or you had to buy single-way tickets all the time which were £1.70 or something when I left, I did lol when one of my friends used to get on with a £20 note and say "Sorry, it's all I have!". In other news I'm so frickin' stressed out at the moment, my temporary job is coming to an end and I'm struggling to find a new job. Work's pretty hectic at the moment anyway, I basically go there these days to bare the brunt of an argument/problem which has nothing to do with me because I know nothing about it and didn't cause it but these pigeon racers need someone to moan at I suppose. Been living on my own for the last two weeks because my sister moved out and my dad's on holiday so there's no food to eat at all (I could get it myself but I'm lazy like that) and I've got no energy to do anything at the moment, I can sleep for as long as I want and it doesn't make a difference. Then there's another thing which is stressing me out the most, but I'm not prepared to mention that right now.

When I did that race I just shifted between me and my team mates car, got them far enough ahead then went back to the other car. Worked out alright.

Why do I get the impression the two women in the white 1-Series were lying when she said they are the emergency services? If they were they wouldn't be sat in the car waiting for other emergency services to come along, they'd be helping out. Making yourself look worse than you do already. Don't get why they all parked on the hard-shoulder anyway. Apparently it isn't used for traffic calming on that stretch of motorway and it makes no odds to how fast they get past the accident.

Brunette piece on the right is OK, not sure about the others. Sorry, we're here about the cars aren't we? :p

Didn't even realise there was a demo out. Just need to wait for my PS3 to update after not being used for... quite a few months and then download the demo.. which could also take quite a few months.

I looked at the equivalent videos of Russian drivers and some of the stupidity on there is quite shocking to say the least :p Honestly, you'd think half of them were asleep or just went out to crash for the sake of being able to say "I was in an accident today".
