    hi, 1. 1.66+megapack if you have megapack 1.66 if you have the official patch 1.45 if you just have the game without anything installed (though very few mods will work anyway...) 2. If it says : check your settings, so check the settings :D 3. You'll find the answer in this forum and in README files (they are written for a reason). ++
