Yeah that's an issue where maximum draw distance is capped by the game engine.

I guess you'll need to install the latest official patch by hand before this, as the update servers are down.

Hey everyone.

After having sold my old Fanatec gt3rs v2 finally, I decided to try thrustmaster products and I chose the T300rs GT.

TDU2 does not have profile for such a more recent wheel, so I had to manually remap all controls to wheel and shifter. Good so far. Controls are precise and already enjoyable.

But it's like there's only rumble force enabled (while hitting the rev limiter and going offroad), I get no force feedback at all. Is it normal behaviour for supported wheel? Any ideas on how to configure it? Maybe it would require adding a dedicated game profile for the t300/t500 to enable ff?

Yeah, absolutely right. See TDUCP as an experiment that modders might lean on for the making of mod packs. There's not much I could add on it right now 

I have Xbox one controller and it's detected as Xbox 360 controller. So no issue. Like said just before, you'll have to map every function manually if 360 profile does not work by your side.

Logs are a txt file, in logs directory. See also in Database Editor :  settings, advanced, browse logs.

Useful tips:

- Don't install a game you want to be modded in program files. Ever.

- Program files won't work as it's unable to run with admin rights in your spec

- Database folder is Bnk/Database, not just Bnk.

TDUF should work fine on Gold. Make a database backup just in case.

Enjoying my time reliving TDU all over again Its a game that was way ahead of its time.

The Forza Horizon games are nowhere near as enjoyable as this game, what a shame things have gone backwards since the release of TDU.

I still don't understand why it does not work although TDUF does modify the Colors.2dm file. I've no time to check in-depth right now.

Have you tested changing material colors with latest TDUF?

Database files are likely to be corrupted. Apply a backup of database directory.

Two things :

- try looking into settings section and switch between profiles

- post contents of log files in TDUF logs directory.

I can't see any issue in what you're describing... If you don't plan using additional vehicle mods, don't bother using this dealership. The vehicles in it are just placeholders.

My experience was from TDU1, what you're describing here is TDU2 ? In this case there might be a controller fix to solve some device issues but no guarantee it will work.

That's sadly beyond my knowledge then.

TDU Gold is a special edition including east-european languages and has modified contents over the original. TDUCP has only be developed and tested under genuine EURO/US games with 1.66A patch or megapack

Weird, mono is what enables to run .net apps under Linux, Windows shouldn't require it since .net framework has been embedded. Anyway. You may otherwise get original Patch HD installer which still works from here:

 but I already succeeded with fanatec gt3rsv2 plus CSL elite pedals LC plus thrust master th8a shifter. You'd just have to assign controls properly within game options.

Hi, I see 2 issues here:

- TDU gold, I could not test TDUCP on it so it might be a compatibility issue

- which operating system are you on? Because patch hd installer requires mono to be installed, and that's the case on Linux.
