I use 2.3.0 LE as it has the most stuff available for it :)

For most cars you need this program to convert them to 2.3.0LE for them to work in game. Also, if you find that an engine doesn't fit properly in a car you can adjust it with this program so that it does fit :D

Hmm, that's a strange one. I'll have a look around to see if I can find anything about it. I'm guessing you're just running the standard game ? No mods or anything ?
