  1. Mikes is the most nicely done so I went for his, but I like the idea behind chikas :)
  2. Nice, Fallout 3 was good and hopefully New Vegas will be too. As long as they sort out the clunky movement + shooting which hampered Fallout 3 I might think about getting this.
  3. Thanks  Chika's really stood out for me, great atmosphere and composition. Car Freak's photo came a close second :)
  4. Thanks man, that means alot  Just got my portfolio today so I'll have to find stuff worthy of putting in there
  5. Might I ask why? (Also, I know it's rubbish, if it's me you're 'lolling' at)
  6. Isn't really anything special, felt like doing something completely different from my usual stuff. I actually have hardly any drawings, in my course we mostly use mixed media which isn't really classed as 'drawings' (if you were to change the thread title to 'Post your art!' however... :p ) http://i403.photobucket.com/albums/pp117/mistermojo28/comic_style_sketch.jpg
  7. Epic song, epic band. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNtcrzc6FZU Something a little different.
  8. Tis just a normal sixth-form type college, I do Maths and ICT A-Levels aswell as my art course. Basically it's what you go to after School and before University, might be different in the USA, not 100% :) EDIT: SpeedRacer, those drawings remind me of Burnout Revenge :D
  9. Tis just practise really, I have to do life drawing and observational drawing alot at college, before that I could barely draw anything. Quite alot of people like to measure things out or draw guidelines before sketching the actual thing, this is good practise for proportion but I find it's sometimes better just to jump straight in, if you make a mistake, who cares, that's what erasers are for :) If you keep at it eventually you won't make any mistakes at all :D
  10. Thanks :) they're quite tricky to draw, the stand it rests on is needlessly complicated. I had to use a picture for reference They were good, I remember saying so ages ago :p you could draw cars way better than me. Probably still can, unless I have a drawing to copy from I have problems with cars :-x Ta :) That porsche is nicely done, and I agree, sometimes I just cba to carry on drawing but if you end up with something nice at the end like yours it makes it all worthwhile :)
  11. Wow, thanks :D I don't have a huge amount of stuff on DA, sucks that you can only upload stuff 1 at a time, but I'll go on there now and accept you
  12. 'University', cos I got 3 interviews to go to and a portfolio to make
  13. I know it's not strictly cars but they are drawings :) Some Team Fortress 2 inspired sketches I did in preparation for a university interview. Bigger, better quality here I have no shortage of drawings (I do art at college) so I might post some more another time.
  14. I think with Radiohead you either love them or hate them. One thing I will say is that I've never listened to a band like them, every song is unique. Awesome stuff. Imo a fantastic, meangingful song from a very underrated band :)
  15. It looks really nice, won't be getting one or anything, but still.
  16. Jammy much :p Already said this like 28 times in real life but congrats, nice-looking car, can't wait to see it with that phat bodykit you're getting.
  17. This'll do http://i403.photobucket.com/albums/pp117/mistermojo28/ety4.jpg
  18. Disagree, what's the point in having a discussion if no-one is allowed to express their opinion.
  19. Woohoo, black and white photography is the best :D I'll have a look through my photos in a bit...
  20. Much appreciated :) I tend to have strong opinions on these matters, don't often get the chance to voice those opinions.
  21. Wow. Just wow. Moving on, in my humble opinion God is an entity thought up by early humans to account for the way nature works. Now, in our modern society there is less need for religion as we can better understand the world around us. It's part of our evolution as a species (and indeed human nature in general) to question things. Having said that I am quite open minded. After all, you can't prove or disprove the existence of God, and we will probably never be able to. Look at all the pain and suffering religion has caused (and still is). Pointless wars and loss of life over something as trivial as different beliefs. People need to learn that everyone is different and is entitled to thier own beliefs, the sooner people realise that the better.
  22. I think Chika's done a great job with the car, it doesn't work that well with the background but I saw past that and voted for him :)
