I can't stand the current Focus either. I absolutely hate those "fangs" that reach from the hood to the bottom of the bumper on the front end. They are awful.

I figured the Aventador would be one of the first in. I'm surprised it wasn't in the release to be quite honest. I like the Aventador, I like the RS3, and I like the Bel-Air. The rest of them are meh to me. Instead of buying the season pass, I probably should have waited to see if buying cars separately was going to be an option. Oh well...

Here are my thoughts: -The physics are better, if only slightly. Not as arcade I suppose, I like them. -The A.I. have no earthly idea that you exist, so be forewarned. They will hit you. Hard. -The photo mode is better, I think. I am no expert on the matter. But I hate having to upload my photos to another server. My crappy internet never connects, so I quit trying. -Car sounds seem to be better as well. I quite like the noise the SLS makes. I am also amused by the lack of noise my Volt makes, forcing me to watch the RPM gauge the entire time I drive so I know when to shift. -Making money is hilariously easy. So easy that there is no reason to cheat for money this time around. I actually don't think they could have made it any easier, save for handing you money every time you turn on the game. Oh wait, they do. -If making money wasn't easy enough, if you drive a car few times, you eventually get the performance upgrades for free, giving you no reason to spend the hilarious amounts of money you have acquired. -You can turn the class restrictions off, which makes for a lolafiric time. Just grab a fast car, enter an F class race with the A.I. difficulty set to "professional", and watch the credits roll in. -The auction house is a wonderful place to make money. I don't want most of the cars they offer me for leveling up, so I always put them up for auction. For some bizarre reason, other players consistently bid my vehicles to prices that are higher than their in-game value. I'm not complaining, simply confused. -Cars are even easy to get. Almost any car a person could desire care given to you at some point, giving you even less of a reason to spend your hilarious amounts of money. Zonda Cinque? Given to you. McLaren F1? Given to you. Bugati Veyron Super Sports? Given to you. The list goes on. Overall, I would say the game is more fun than FM3, but we will see how long that lasts.

The 458 is naturally aspirated, which gains major points in my book. I would jump on the bandwagon and complain about how all the McLarens are breaking, but the 458's were at one time catching fire, so I suppose they are even to that extent. But I think the 458 looks better, and sounds better. And from every review I have read, the 458 is better to drive. Excellent car.

To clarify, when I said "screwed out of my order" I meant that they cancelled it completely, not just delayed it lol. They sold a few hundred for LCE than they had assigned to them, and are paying for it. They offered to give my full purchase price back, or I could opt to order the standard FM4 from them, get $20 back, and recieve a $20 gift card from them. I did not choose the latter option because I have to have the Veyron SS, and given the situation, I will not be doing business with Best Buy for quite some time. After school, I scrambled to find a copy. GameStop had plenty of standard FM4 available, but no extra LCE, which I expected. But, I had a feeling. Adjacent to the GameStop in the same plaza is a Wal Mart. I seriously doubted myself, but decided to go and have a look anyhow. To my sudden surprise, I found a shelf absolutely full of LCE, a ton of them. So I grabbed one and bought it, hoping that I wasn't dreaming. I have it in my hand now and am simply waiting to go home from work to being play. :)

Well, here we are, the day of North American release. And why do I not have FM4 this morning? Because I am one of the lucky few that Best Buy screwed out of their LCE. So I have no idea how to get one now. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I honestly don't see what is so bad about the system. Yeah, they raised the prices for the DLC, which was bound to happen eventually. I bought all the packs for FM3 aside of the last one, so something like this will save me money. There is also rumor floating around (or at least I think it is still rumor) that Turn 10 are gifting 250,000 in-game credits to those who buy the Season Pass. So, you will already have some credits towards the new cars you just downloaded.

I know what you mean. Having a ton of money is always fun for a little while, but the game becomes boring more quickly. The same thing happened to me in FM3 when a "friend" gifted me some "money." After that, I spent it all up, sold the cars I was bored with, then spent that money again, and the cycle repeats. I want to try and play the game honestly this time through so I will enjoy it longer. They have already said that making money will be easier this time around. I just hope they keep the feature in FM4 from FM3 that rewarded you higher percentages of money based upon the difficulty of your driving (ABS off, TC off, SC off, etc...).

Really? I thought FM3 was far more arcade than this one... far more.

I will be downloading it when I get home. I suppose I should get around to pre ordering it now as well lol.

Ehh, I will get the LCE just like I did for Forza 3. And just like in Forza 3, Turn 10 will probably eventually do something to piss the LCE buyers off lol.

SLS OMG I know it was on FM3, but hardly anyone had it and I was not about to pay $20 for it. I will probably buy it second only to a ZR1. I'm excited.

The Ferrari FF it pretty high in my list.

Despite my love for the Corvette, I do not think that it is the most beautiful car ever created. That honor, in my book, goes to the Alfa 8C. It is truly mobile art.

Sounds like they may have fixed the Ford GT sound. The supercharger whine from FM3 was just a bit too much lol.

Not a lot? I guess you haven't driven a current-gen Silverado lol. Contrary to popular belief, trucks do not weigh as much... or as people think. I know my truck is very light, especially in the back end. That 300 horsepower will really move it. It is no quarter-mile champion, but definitely quick.

Hmm, where have I seen one like that before? ;) Great looking truck! White is easy to keep clean, and that 4.8 sounds great even with stock exhaust. Have fun with it! And let me know if you have any questions about it :)

Yay! I bet this DLC fixes so many problems and I will want to play it for hours! End sarcasm.

I hate painted emblems, I think they look tacky personally lol. I am usually all about OEM parts. My wheels, for example, are used on the Tahoe, Suburban, and Avalanche. But, a friend of mine had a similar set of headlights and similar taillights and when I saw those, I just had to have some lol.

Mine has the 4.8, and you will not be disappointed. Terrible gas mileage, but I guess you expect that lol.
