Isnt the question remaing what TG is expecting of a video game? I kind of presume they except to see a kind of simulation? I mean what else did they play befor? I can only rember GT from Playstation and Forza From XBox, and I'm told that both of this games are much more like Sim's then what TC is going to be. Anyhow I was very pleased with the car handling, I think its a very wonderful mix between some sim, and some arcade. Its challenging yet fun. Then again this may variated alot depending on what controls you use? In my case it was a proper racing wheel. Also I have played Forza Horizon 2, and when I compared them with The Crew like TopGears do, I would say from my own experince that Forza Horizon has a worser handling. Worser in to much simulation, and to little fun. The Crew made alot more fun rigth from the first bend. So if TopGears Winner is Forza Horizion, mine is The Crew and I hope they dont become egg like egg failar in handling... its nice to have a bit diffrence.

Arnt Day 1 DLC's for paying? Also let not forget there like 4 car packs planed rigth? one of them is what i presum fromt he title classic cars? Maybe they do the dumb misstake and show DLC content prerelease? Codemaster did so with Grid AutoSport, then again we should not judge that. Nobody of us has the full 'offical' car list, it very could be that those are rigth in the party? Also if you look what at that list someone found in the first beta? Notice anyone that this list slowly gets completed? I mean it showed those Corvettes, the Spyker, the Saleen S7 etc and they all pop up one after another slowly. With makes me presume we should see the Audi's mentoned in that very list earlier or latter too... And there was a McLaren F1 in it ? I could Image that maybe planed for the extrem cars DLC? I mean it was a pretty extrem car for its time? Anyhow it would be nice to have it. I take a F1 a milliontimes over a P1, for that we have the LaFerrari techno marvel already. Eh well I just dont enjoy the looks of the P1, if it comes to the game I highly hope for some body kits that dont look like the stock!

I slowly start to belive that this many cars with only 1 spec seen, and the new tunning Specs DLC have a connection. Aka if you want to have more tunning options on some of the cool cars you gonna pay a DLC.. makes sense to me. Does it make me mad? No, I'm fine with that. But yeah I think its because of that. I also dont want to jump out of the boat for the XBox exclusiv. Rigth now we know not about exclusiv content. And what could be is that the screenshots where made on the Xbox, that dosnt mean its a xbox exclusiv rigth away. If we want to progrness DLC politics we would have to study other game titles from Ubisoft, and see if there where platform exclusic things.

Dunno why a ferrari should not be tuned, the brand has tunning companys across the world in reality, so why not have it here specialy since anything else can be modded too... I just hope they dont make specific cars platform exclusiv, that kinda a slap in the face.

I would prefer the non wagon version of that car because the RS6 ingame was already a Avant. But I'm not a modder so I should shutup. Still greatful for Minime's Lamborghinis. (Thanks alot for gifting us those!)

i dont think there need to be a P1 to fill out the technological marvel spot. I mean you rember that the LaFerrari is just as much as high end technology as the P1 or the 918, those three always wiggled in a trio and I think the Ferrari is the best of them. the F1 i would enjoy because its a legend on four wheels, and aside of that maybe other kind of cars be more intressting. That and maybe live up other brands a bit, Image a 288 gto or dunno what else

I hope not, If any Mclaren should be in the game then the F1, not the ugly P1 Plus someone readed the Mclaren F1 name appearing in the beta files somewhere... so may theres hope yet.

True but I think this classics should not be bodykitted at all. But that just me. I also wonder if the cars that have so far not all specs will get more specs as DLC? I mean Golf only as Sport Spec? Unlikely or?

I'M not sure, CLassic european cars are great some are true legends. I mean Image a E-Type for example. The problem I have alot on this is The Crews mechanic to offer tunning into specs (sofar to every car). I mean try to Image sayed E-Type with some Dirt or Perfomance Bodykit on it.... dosnt all your bells ring 'WRONG!' ? Mine do. I mean I do appricate the classic europeans alot but they not exactly what I would ever consider to use for tunning. And keep in mind if the option is ingame, someone WILL use it.... >.> I'm already feeling weird to see racecar rear spoilers on the trunks of classic musclecars. That on a european classic ... I .. don't .. know ...

my first impression. play like 2 minutes and completly sold. this going to be the best game for my taste this year. So full of awesome! if i just could drive... but that another story XD

Steam says that you have a 100% chance to take part on the 2nd beta if you do the preordering. With I did as soon Steam let me. Not sure if that means that I will get to the beta at all as Steam is not UPlay... Thougth I mention the steam thing because nobody else sayed it befor.

The talk about the CTR-3 I like to add that the CTR-3 may be based on the Cayman chassi but its quiet diffrent from a normal cayman. (You see 911 front, and then all other alternations that not found on any Cayman. To me its Ruf's current high perfomance supercar. And the 3400 is there Sportscar. (Two diffrent things by stock/default).

I didnt see anything new on the gamescom boot when I was there. TheCrew had the nicest boot of all I saw at gamescom thought. The drive simulator seat looked weaked thougth. I wish i could had tryed it out.

Gamescom I will be there! Guess the locked brand migth be one we kind of know that going to be in game, like TVR for example, or Mercedes maybe? We know there is a Merc we saw its screenshot.

Back on topic: Thanks trickeh2k, for collecting the base infos we have from the Beta files so far. There no prof that any of this cars will come in all (TDU had in its database also cars that never hitted the game). But if the game would contain the listed cars, it would be completly awesome. For me I find alot of favorit cars in it so I'm more then pleased. I do expect that a number of this cars will come as pay DLC's I image. But I dont have problems to pay extra for a game I really like.

I think it only means 2 things: A. (what I hope for) is that the person responsible for updating the website got missinformed and toke something away that should not or forgot it (saw misstakes on the offical webpage car list befor). B. That they lost contract to Lamborghini, eventually linces issues because of to expensiv or something? But this makes somewhat little sense to me because the lambos been in the Promotion material already. (if I think back on TDU2 we never had a promotion material showing a lambo if I'm not wrong) with makes me think that A. is more likely. C. Maybe they choose that the Lamborghini's become DLC cars? I heared in E3 interviews that more cars are part of DLC's and that they rigth now not focus on details on those. But if i look on the car lists found in the beta files. Stuff like the Audi's or Mercedes comes to my mind here.

True but you have to give in, that it is kind of 'weird' that the lambo brand vanished from the offical website. The website is also crawling slow when trying to browse the cars for details. (At last for me). I also checked further one of the languages does rigth now not display the Ferrari brand. And the diffrent languages show up diffrent news about the game. (Looks for me like they are timewise sometimes behond other language new's posts). As some are still at the news of E3, while others reported about the SanDiego Comic Con show up (Ubisoft showed of The Crew there, and Amazon Preordered got special promo The Crew T-Shirt (saw that on ebay and was tempted to buy it, but shipping oversea for a shirt... dunno I may have more luck on GamesCom?)

You mean that the crew follows the fate of tdu2, where they could not hold the Lamborghini linces because of the Ferrari linces? I guess / thougth on something like that. Althougth I would consider this a very dumb move. The Aventador is beside the Z370, the Camaro SS and the F150 one of the four lalalala cars of the game. Seen in the trailers, having it on the box art... I also noticed other misstakes for example the Aston Marting gets listed there with a topspeed of 395 km/h, same kind as the typo of the Aventador's horse power with was writen down like 400 something... While we all know its almost 700. Also if you look at this boxart, with i found on the ubisoft store, i think the car in up front looks pretty much like a Aventador... I kind of hope there, as a lambo fan that they remain, and just the guy on the website screw up.

Question for the people. Did anyone check the offical site? I noticed that they did add the LaFerrari and Ferrari Brand to the offical car rooster. For that the Lamborghini Brand vanished fully... (I checked only german and us language of the crew webpage because im lazy)

The LaFerrari would had been the only car I may expected bodykit restricted, because Ferrari. Fact is that even that has bodykits.... so any car will have em, Miura included.

As I say Diablo, I had difficulties to tell what game this picy was taken from.. maybe because its so warm heh
